I knew exactly when the delivery was completed. For the price, I might have expected a few more uncommon blooms - but when you request same day delivery I realize that's difficult to do. So happy to have found this place! To start with, the website is easy to navigate. I purchased a Designer's Choice arrangement. When It was made I received an email with a photo of it. Very pretty! I received a call from them the day of delivery because I had transposed a digit of the phone number of the recipient, so they couldn't confirm she would be there to receive it. not only did I receive an email letting me know they were on their way to deliver (with the ability to track the delivery truck!) but another email letting me know they had delivered. Really appreciate them being so communicative, since I live 5 hours away. Again, the arrangement was beautiful!! I will be keeping them in my phone for any flower needs in Prescott Valley.

With the big snowstorm that happened, things got a little mixed up and my arrangement ended up getting delivered a week early. There is no description of what you actually get, just a picture. Very deceiving!! Never again using this florist.

Wow! I have never had a floral experience such as this! I received acknowledgement of my order, then I received a photo of the arrangement prior to it's delivery. The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and it looked exactly like the one I received from the florist. The vase is the size of a glass of water and the flowers looked old. I have been buying flowers for over fifty years and this is the ugliest, smallest and skimpy flower arrangement I have ever seen. I like that Allan's keeps you updated on delivery status and also sends a picture of what was sent out. The arrangement was pretty close to what was pictured although not exact. I'm sure certain flowers aren't always available when needed so the substitutions were acceptable. I would use them again.

I attended a funeral in Prescott, AZ with very little notice. I did not know of any flower shops and chose Allan's flowers randomly from the internet. I liked that I was able to view the arrangements online and compare prices, etc..
I received a call shortly after my order reassuring me that my order would be delivered not only to the funeral but they would try to get them to the rosary as well. They had less than two hours to accomplish this extra service.

The crew at Allan's didn't miss a beat...They figured out where I went wrong, made the correction ON THEIR OWN, delivered the beautiful arrangement, then notified me. How kind. I was very disappointed when my friend (the recipient of the flowers) sent me a picture. I chose this arrangement which ended up costing me $118, and it was all in pastels. I wanted the bright colors for Cindy, because I wanted to cheer her up and the colors suited her. While I understand that "substitutions may be made" I have to wonder why there are even arrangements to select from- perhaps black and white drawings would work better. I will not order from Allans again- this is an expensive disappointment.

However, I did make a special request that you replace a few of the flowers with daisies, as that is her favorite flower. It's like that request, got no attention at all. There were no daisies in the bouquet, and there was no explanation as to why not.

The stock photo shows a votive candle next to arrangement to help get some perspective on size, which helps. It's probably too much to ask, but a snapshot of actual arrangement prior to leaving shop for delivery could be emailed instead of the stock photo. Just a thought :-) Always love Allan's Flowers and prefer doing business with local florist instead of one of those big nationwide chains (that are frankly very inconsistent and unpredictable). Thank you Allen's for always providing fresh, quality arrangements locally within our community (I live in Prescott Valley).

The package was delivered on time, however, the doorbell was not heard by the recipient inside, so the package was delivered to a neighbor/friend two doors down. The friend thought the recipient was out of town, so held on to the package. An email was sent to me, the sender, stating the package had been delivered. I called the recipient to confirm the package's delivery, but I was told it had not arrived, so I called Allan's, but it was too late and had to call again the next day. Kathy answered and was very helpful (give her a raise!). Kathy needed to call the delivery person to find out where the package was.... My recommendations: (1) when a package can not be delivered, leave a note on the door. (2) If the package is left with a neighbor, make sure the neighbor knows the recipient has been contacted and to attempt contact right away. (3) When a delivery notice is sen to the sender, make sure that details of the delivery, not just "has been delivered," are communicated. It would have been very helpful for me to know that the package was NOT delivered to the recipient (as indicated in the email notification) but was given to a neighbor to pass on. The neighbor's name and phone number should also be included in the notice. The key words here are good communication. Such good communication will avoid much confusion and consternation. (4) As a gesture of courtesy, if such a mix up should occur, it would be good for customer relations if a refund, partial or full, would be offered. Thank you for taking the time to read my comments. The staff at Allan's flowers were communicative and incredibly helpful. Our flowers were sent to a friend in the hospital. When they called to check on her room number, it was found that she was not in a room able to receive flowers at that time. They assured me they would hold off until the next day, but called later that day to see if she was able to receive them-- she was and they delivered them promptly. They sent a picture via email of the finished product, which was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. They made the process easy and enjoyable during a stressful time.

The arrangement looked pretty much like the picture on the website. However, for a Deluxe arrangement I expected there to be more flowers, a fuller bouquet. The one delivered looked sparse in some areas. Like the standard-priced one. I was disappointed in it for the price. Same day delivery was okay.

Even though it was stated the flowers would be similar, I was slightly disappointed that the roses and vase were a different color. I live in Iowa and my mom recently moved to Prescott, AZ for a new job. My brothers and I wanted to show her how proud of her we are so we decided to send flowers! First of all the arrangement is knock out gorgeous but the special attention the delivery person gave to my delivery saved the day. Your driver was the best. Upon attempting to deliver and finding no one at home and temperatures hitting 90 she wisely decided to leave a note for me to call when I got home. So I call that service above and beyond the call of duty. She didn't want me to come home to a wilted bouquet and went the extra mile/s for me.

I ordered an arrangement for a co-worker's father who lived in AZ. He'd just had a severe major surgery. I am in OK. I chose to send from a local florist rather than through a florist offering FTD.
There were a lot of issues that prevented Allan's from being able to deliver to the hospital, and a lot of back and forth interaction between Jessica and I in order to get the flowers delivered. She was THE MOST helpful person I've encountered in quite some time; very accommodating in EVERY way. She went ABOVE & BEYOND what any ordinary person would do to see that my order was completed. When she couldn't deliver to the hospital (due to the patient's location in Progressive Care), she offered to "re-make" the arrangement (fresh) in order for my co-worker to be able to pick it up when she arrived to care for her father later in the week.
I can't say enough about how helpful and kind Jessica was in our situation. I also love the fact that I was sent an email with a picture of the arrangement (BOTH of them) so that I could see exactly what the recipient was getting. I've never known of another florist that does this! Thank you Jessica, and Allan's, for going the EXTRA mile for me!!

The flowers arrived on the date requested. The flowers were somewhat similar to the picture on the internet, but it was not as close as I had hoped. I was a little disappointed that the burlap ribbon was substituted with a white satin type ribbon tied in a bow, but overall I was happy with the order.
