There were a few typos in the message I had written on the card, and the red rose arrangement was missing the baby's breath that just gives such an elegant touch. But other than that, the product was delivered correctly and on time!

The arrangement I bought was very nice and my wife loved it. I had ordered it online but Albert's internet was down so they never saw the order. But when I went to pick it up they immediately started work on it. I had a 5 minute errand to run anyway and when I got back the order was ready. Very good and conscientious customer service.

Our daughter lives in Brookline and we live in Georgia. I ordered flowers for her birthday yesterday morning and she got them later in the afternoon! Although I received an email notification that the flowers were delivered, the recipient did not get them. This is very disappointing. These flowers were an anniversary gift. I left specific instructions to call me if the recipient was not home or if there were any questions regarding delivery. I did not receive a phone call.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
