Thank you for your order and your review. Sorry to hear that you thought the arrangement looked sloppy. Those feelings are probably due to the fact that you gave us an incorrect address and we were not notified it was incorrect until after the delivery was made. The arrangement then had to be retrieved from the wrong address and re delivered which we then charged you an additional fee for having to redeliver. We stand by our product and know that even those flowers had to be transported twice, they were still beautiful. Hope the recipient enjoys the coffee. Take care <3

Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
