Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

This arrangment is really beautiful. My granddaughter loves it very much. " A Pretty Flower" does the best job as I have used this company for several years since my Granddaugher move to Chicago. I stumbled across this wonderful flower shop and I am so happy I did! I have done all my orders online so I haven't been to the actual shop. But online the order process is very easy. I have never been disappointed in the choice as of flower bouquets, the price is always good, and the delivery is always prompt. My friends have sent me pictures of the arrangements they received and it always looks just like the pictures online. Here you really get the flowers you see! Beautiful flowers, good price, and great timing with deliveries! Will definitely continue to get flowers from here!
