Thank you for wanting to know more ABOUT US. Let us introduce ourselves: A Precious Petals Florist: Opened for business in 1988. Reba Berge: Originally from Minot, North Dakota, Reba has been the owner of A Precious Petals Florist since 2008. She also uses her entrepreneurial experience and floral design skills to teach at the Koehler & Dramm Institute of Floristry. She is a proud mother of two children and loves being surrounded by nature. Steve Weber: As a Minnesota native and a University of St. Thomas graduate, Steve will always make you feel at home. With 30+ years of floral experience at Precious Petals, he is committed to making your experience a positive one. Steve is an honest and friendly person who will provide you with memorable servi Clodagh McAfee: Clodagh came all the way from Ireland to keep our shop tidy and our green plants happy. She has been working at Precious Petals for 3 years and is a very bright and pleasant presence. She especially enjoys working with customers, as she loves the feeling that she is making a difference in their lives. She is just happy to be here! Elsa Temte: Greeting you from the design table when you call or stop by. Elsa has been working with flowers for the past year and has fostered a lot of trust between clients and the store. Her kind nature makes her easily approachable and her designs more beautiful. Ava Henseler: As a recent graduate from Creighton University with a degree in graphic design and public relations journalism, Ava is excited to reconnect with Minnesota communities and meet your floral needs. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

The flowers were great.
I had requested the flowers be delivered on March 15th in time for my grandmother’s birthday on March 16. However, the flowers were delivered on March 8th a week earlier than I had requested and are already wilted the day before her birthday.

These were sent to our daughter. They are very pretty. The only thing is (that by looking at the picture she sent) it doesn’t look like there was any baby’s breath in the bouquet and there were more daisies included than the red that is shown in your photo. It was still a pretty bouquet.

An interesting delivery this time No baby's breath and no red bow? The roses were and full wide open bloom which leaves little less time for enjoyment. Roses were said to be very small, I expected a little more design, felt kind of sloppy and not really put together. After all these years I'm not completely happy with this particular delivery.

The flowers that were delivered did not look like the picture at all. There was 1 huge browned hydrangea in the side that looked out of place. The silver vase was wet with water droppings. Not happy at all for the amount of money plus a tip for this

When I ordered this special arrangement, I knew A Precious Petals Florist would do a beautiful job and I was right. The angel will be treasured by the recipient. I've always ordered flowers from Precious Petals because the arrangements were so beautiful but I was disappointed this time. There weren't as many flowers as in the picture and they weren't arranged in a more "dome" shape. What I mean to say is that it had a flatter shape. For a price tag that was nearly $100 without delivery I was disappointed and thought you would have done better. Sorry.

The online ordering was easy and delivery was the next day as promised. My only disappointment was that the majority of flowers in the delivered arrangement were purple, and not blue. There was one blue hydrangea as pictured, but if you look closely, the other flowers in the background are purple and not blue. I would order from this florist again, but pay closer attention to the photos of the arrangements.

The flowers were beautiful. I had written delivery instructions as where to leave the flowers (I knew no one was going to be home) but apparently the instructions didn't get to the delivery driver as they had to call the recipient.

A bit disappointed that in the actual bouquet, all the flowers weren’t white, which is what I was looking for in a sympathy bouquet. I understand the need to be flexible according to flower availability, but would Have preferred replacement with white flowers rather than pink lilies and carnations, which I feel are out of place for the occasion.

I ordered the "Jumping for Joy" bouquet because of all the pink flowers, it was for a little girl who likes pink, but the picture that was sent to me after delivery did not look like there were many pink flowers, more like red, and it was not as big and tall as the picture looks. Amazing time on delivery. My husband loved them but I know flowers. It was pretty, the vase was ok, the arrangement, was sparce compared to the picture. Less than half of the flowers. I would send a photo if I could. I guess I would say for the money, step it up a bit.

Very nice customer service. I did not see the flowers as I sent them to my daughter but she told me they were very pretty. The picture she sent me looked like what I had ordered from the on line view. The card somehow got misplaced and she never received it with the flowers but guessed they were from me. I called to let the florist know and he felt bad and told me he would bring it to her house since it was close by. Now that's great customer service!!

Did not deliver my custom order the way I described it in an email to them. When I addressed the issue they said they never received a description yet they received the order and partially filled it. I have the email they lied about. I used them before but no more. I would advise getting a written confirmation and description of what you order. They will just deny an email if the screw up.

This was my first time ordering from "A Precious Petals Florist" and I received excellent service! Ordering online was easy and there was a nice selection of flowers and plants. I wasn't sure about their delivery policy so I called them on the day of delivery because of the drop in temperature. I was assured that they do not leave flowers at the door and, if no one is home, will call the receiver to discuss how best to deliver the flowers. I received an email letting me know the flowers were delivered. The person receiving them raved at how beautiful and fresh the flowers were! I am so pleased with my purchase and will not hesitate to order from them again.

It was very easy to order online. I thought most everything was clearly stated. I do wonder what the difference was between the three different levels of the same arrangement, but I ordered the standard version. The recipient loved it and sent me a picture. It looked very fresh and picture perfect, but didn't seem to have as many roses as I thought I'd seen in the original photo, though it was chock full of many flowers. I'm likely being picky, as I did order the standard version and I didn't see it in person. I'd say I'm very happy with everything and it was very easy to send. Thanks so much!

On my card I typed for the flowers, the first letter of each word was capitalized for some reason. I would prefer the text translated exactly as what I typed in the box during the order process. Employees were not wearing masks when I entered to pick up, but did put them on when I arrived. I will not order any more flowers from this location until either my delivery fee is waived or I can pick up my order without worrying about possible transmission of COVID to my co-workers, employees, customers, and loved ones, as I do work in an essential service job. The arrangement was not like the picture. We had ordered the premium and this one had no daisies, I picked it because she loves those daisy. It just had orange roses and little pink ones with lots of red carnations. I wish I could send you the picture. Very disappointing. They were very fragrant though. I received a call from the woman delivering a sympathy plant for a coworker. She said no one answered the door. I instructed her to leave it by the back door and I would call the homeowner and let him know. I assumed she did this as I received an email stating it had been delivered. This was on July 13th. Imagine my surprise when my coworker let us know that he was walking his dog and found it on the side of his house on July 20th, a week later! Who does that? It sat outside through extreme heat and storms. Shame on this delivery person. She should lose her job. She obviously has poor decision making ability. I will never do business with this florist again.

They genuinely loved the flowers! I was able to see the arrangement through a picture the recipient sent me and I was very impressed. The vase was a different color than what I had imagined (assumed it would be purple because of the picture on the website) but I preferred it. The vase ended up being pink and matched the color scheme of the flowers very beautifully. Oh my, when I looked at this picture I understood why I ordered it. It is pretty. The bouquet that arrived at my daughters house looked nothing like this. I saw it and was embarrassed. We paid for two upgrades and it was a very disappointing arrangement. There were 7 roses, a few carnations and some green flowers (not sure what kind) and some greens. Paying almost $100 for an bouquet I would expect it to look like the photo plus the upgrade. Good news is, the receiving person loved it.

This was the third bouquet that I have ordered from you to be delivered to different friends. I didn’t get to see any of the other bouquets, but this last one I did see a picture of. To say the least, I was very disappointed when I saw it. It was not full and pretty like the picture of the one I paid good money for. I just hope the other 2 bouquets I ordered looked better than this last one. This one was about half the size of the one I thought I was sending to my best friend. I am very disappointed in this bouquet.

As far as the process went, I was thankful to find a florist in the area that could send an arrangement to my friends who just had their newborn baby girl and do all of my ordering online. Their baby had a color theme as this is their second daughter so I purchased a specific bouquet to match the color theme. What they received was totally different than what I ordered. Creative liberties may be warranted for a custom order but I was under the impression they would send what I ordered. The only flowers that matched were the roses. Everything else was different. For nearly a $70 arrangement, I wanted them to receive exactly what I ordered.

I spent $145 for a "Luxurious Premium" bouquet and what was sent was a major disappointment! Half to 3/4 of the flowers in the vase aren't even full bloom. The flowers are red like it's Valentine's Day when i specified it was a birthday. I have been ordering flowers on a consistent basis from A Precious Pedal Florist and they never cease to amaze me! The flower arrangements somehiw seem to get more amazing every time I am also amazed at how long they last! Most places I have ordered flowers from in the past last a week, or maybe 10 days. The flowers I order from APPF last on average 16 days but we have had them look mostly alive for nearly a month! It is astonishing! The flowers were great and your staff is very friendly, but I was very dissatisfied with the fact it took 6 hours to deliver the flowers only a few blocks away. I placed the order at 10am and they were not delivered until 3:45 pm which was just 15 minutes before the recipient left work, so she almost did not get them.

The Florist called about an hour after I placed my order online and said they were out of small yellow daisy's and gave me options to substitute (gerbera daisy's, lilies, or yellow accent flowers). I decided on yellow gerbera daisy's. They added 2 of the yellow gerbera daisys. The bouquet was not as pretty as the picture and what I had hoped it would be when my mom received it. I ordered the arrangement to cheer her up for her wedding anniversary since my dad has passed away. They had yellow and white daisy's for their wedding flowers and the flower girls wore yellow and white gingham dresses. The bow on our arrangement was plain yellow. The flowers were still nice just not as exactly what I ordered. For $52 with delivery I felt a little defeated when I saw what my mom received. I guess next time I will need to order ahead and make sure if I want something specific like the bow featured I will verify that is what I receive. The delivery was prompt and the florist who called was nice.

I am sorry but I was not satisfied with this order. I have been utilizing your services for some time. I send my mother flowers every year for my birthday. Last year while ordering from you, it was phenomenal. However, upon visiting my mother and seeing the ones I sent this year truly disappointed me. The vase was not lavender, and for the size and cost this year, was absolutely not satisfactory! Also f I may add, another bouquet was sent to my mother in law 3 days later. Upon arriving tomorrow, I will only hope this one will look better than the 1 that went to my mother on the 3rd of December. Should it not, I will no longer untilize nor recommend your services. Once again, the past years have been outstanding. However, this one has been very disappointing. I am not asking for a refund, only giving constructive criticism. Thank you
