In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Flower Delivery Policy

A Flower Box | Events & Florals proudly provides local flower delivery throughout Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Elberta, Lillian, Magnolia Springs, Fairhope, Daphne, and surrounding areas of Baldwin County. Delivery availability and fees are based on the recipient’s address and will be calculated during checkout.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed early in the day. Availability depends on our existing delivery schedule, flower inventory, the recipient’s location, and seasonal demand. Orders placed after our same-day delivery capacity has been reached will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, holidays, and other high-volume periods, we recommend ordering in advance. Same-day delivery and specific delivery times may not be available.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are completed during our regular delivery hours. While we are happy to note a preferred delivery window, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless arrangements have been approved in advance.

Orders going to businesses, schools, churches, funeral homes, hospitals, or event venues should include the location’s hours and any delivery restrictions. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver before the recipient or service is scheduled to leave.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may:

• Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location when weather and property conditions permit.

• Leave the arrangement with a receptionist, front desk, coworker, neighbor, or other authorized person.

• Contact the recipient or purchaser for delivery instructions.

• Return the arrangement to our shop if it cannot be safely delivered.

Flowers will not be left outdoors during excessive heat, severe weather, or any condition that could damage the arrangement.

If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply. The purchaser or recipient may also arrange to pick up the order from our shop.

Apartments, Condominiums and Gated Communities

Please provide the complete address, apartment or unit number, gate code, building information, and a working telephone number. If our driver cannot access the property or reach the recipient, the arrangement may be returned to our shop. Additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

Hospitals and Care Facilities

Please provide the recipient’s full name, facility name, and room number when available. Some hospitals and care facilities restrict deliveries to certain departments or patients. If the facility refuses the delivery, we will contact the purchaser to discuss pickup, redelivery, or another available option.

Funeral Deliveries

Please include the name of the deceased, funeral home or church, service date, and service time. We recommend placing funeral orders as early as possible to allow sufficient time for design and delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a working telephone number for the recipient. A Flower Box is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, missing unit numbers, inaccessible properties, incorrect service information, or unavailable recipients.

Additional delivery fees may apply if an order must be redirected or delivered again because the information provided was incomplete or incorrect.

Delivery Delays

We make every effort to deliver orders on the requested date. However, delivery times may be affected by traffic, severe weather, road closures, vehicle issues, venue restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the purchaser or recipient.

Questions or Special Instructions

Please include special delivery instructions when placing your order. For time-sensitive deliveries or questions about our delivery area, please contact A Flower Box before ordering so we can confirm availability.

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
