“I was ordering flowers for my wife from abroad, (I live in Europe). The website and team were very helpful and thoughtful; following my online order I got an almost immediate callback to ask whether or not I was sure I didn't want to include a card with the flowers. When I asked for a delivery update I got an immediate response from the team. I buy flowers for my wife quite regularly, and I was delighted when she said that these are the nicest flowers I have ever given her.
