“We had tried to order a floral arrangement from another florist. After we submitted the order it appeared to be processed. Then without notice the other florist cancelled the order and refunded the credit card purchase. No reason was given for the cancellation and when we contacted the florist via telephone it went directly to voicemail. We then went to Karen’s office online. We found the same arrangement and purchased through Karen’s. Though we were processing after hours we did get verification it went through and in the morning we got verification from Karen’s it was received. We then received a phone call when it was not certain if the delivery could be made by our requested time. Our order did get delivered and coworker was thrilled with the arrangement. Thanks for coming through for us!
