“I forgot to order flowers for my mom’s casket the morning of her service I ordered flowers via Zontini’s website. I explained that her service was that afternoon and I work pick the flowers up. I received a phone call when they opened, they said “We will deliver the flowers, no need to worry”. That’s customer service in the wake of tragedy and forgetfulness on my part. Thank you for all you did for both my dad’s service in October and now my mom’s service in February. 1000% recommended
