“I ordered the flowers online, but before I completed it, I called the shop. They were very kind and helpful. It was for difficult situation and they handled it with the utmost empathy and professionalism. They assured me the flowers would be delivered on time and they were. Hopefully when I order from them again, it won't be for a funeral. Thank you very much for a good experience when it was really needed.
