I no longer live in the area, so I was ordering from out of state. When I called the number on their website, someone answered right away, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Tiffany. She was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions.

Their prices were better than another florist I checked in Harleysville, and based on the great service, I felt confident placing my order online and scheduling delivery.

On the day of delivery, my best friend’s elderly mother—who had just lost her husband—was slow to answer the door, and it initially seemed like she wasn’t home. The team immediately tried contacting both me and the recipient number I provided. Not wanting to leave the flowers outside where they could be damaged, they left—but then, by chance, they saw her, turned around, and went back.

Not only did they complete the delivery, but they also brought the flowers inside and placed them on her table. That level of care and compassion truly meant a lot during such a difficult time.
