“Oh my, where do i start. I had several bad experience with other florists. So I call LuzMichelle to speak with a person. My sister passed away several years ago. I tried 800 Flowers and Flowers by Nora. One delivered next day. The other cancelled my order because they didn't receive their flowers that day. Yet never called or email til after I complained.
