Its unfortunate that you feel you had an horrible experience. We take pride in our customer service, quality, and your over all experience. If what you said was true I would not reply.
The facts are you are not being truthful. You tried to pull one on us to get free flowers, and it did not work. May its worked at other flower shop. You did place an order for delivery May 12. Then
you call me and changed the delivery date to May 14. You didn't call me May 12, or May 13, you waited until the flowers were delivered on the May 14, and right after the delivery you called me. I was in the warehouse coming into the work area I heard you leaving a message saying your mom did not get her flower may 12 and you want a refund to your card. When I picked the phone up you repeated the information again, and added send you a picture the flowers left on the porch. I pulled the order and delivery log. That when I saw the note you called Saturday May 11 and changed the delivery date to May 14. You said you didn't get the flowers then you said send you a picture of the flowers left on the porch. Our delivery log stated the flowers were left at your moms door, and you knew it. that why you ask for the picture. You told me your mom didn't get the flowers Therefore you were trying to scam us for free flowers. What you didn't like that I called you on it. I didn't raise my voice and yell at you. We do not have all these 5 star reviews as you can see because I disrespect to our customers. that is not how we do business here. I cannot apologize to someone who tries to scam us as did.

In response to your review. When a customer writes a review that assonates the character of a person that you do not know really speaks more about the writer than the person being written about. After reading the review the detail that you used to describe the arrangement was so detailed you must have received a picture. I told you the arrangement that you were describing was not the arrangement I sent to your family The arrangement I made was purple as you ask for. I also ask you to send me a picture to verify that the arrangement was not the design I made. You have made no reply to this day.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
