Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The bouquet was lovely. The small flowers were blue and pink, as well as white, not all white as in the picture, but I liked the colors. The vase was also slightly different, but looked just as nice. Delivery was on time, early in the day on Valentine's Day, and the delivery person was nice enough to give us a call since we were out of the house at the time.

The order was placed the night before Valentine’s Day but it wasn’t a problem at Zahn’s. I’m Incredibly impressed with your dozen roses arrangement. That are absolutely beautiful!!! I think they may be the most beautiful rose bouquet I’ve ever ordered for someone! The delivery lady was a real sweetheart as well! Thank you SO much for your attention to detail and the love you put into your arrangements! And for making my sweetheart’s day so very special!! I will never order flowers from anywhere else again!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The flowers that I ordered were absolutely beautiful! I ordered online and messed up the message in the card. When I called at the last minute, the day before Valentine's Day, to change the card, the young lady kindly helped me correct the card with absolute professionalism and courtesy. The day before one of their busiest delivery days of the year and she didn't even hesitate to help me out. I will be using Zahn's floral services for all my future flower needs. They are a prime example that good customer service and communication will always get long term loyal clientele. They got me!
