|Not impressed nor happy with my purchase. Does not represent what the picture is on your site. I am aware if certain flowers are not available you replace them with something else. I am also not happy with the delivery service. I have ordered from you before and my previous order was delivered in a box for stability. Which was impressive of the care you took.
Since there is a delivery fee it should have been secured as the last one.This time the flowers were delivered without a box which made the vase unstable and the person that received them was the spouse of the intended recipient which is disabled. The flowers fell over and water spilled. Which means, if they would have been left outside their door the vase would have fallen over and definitely would have broken.
I am grateful the vase did not break which would have caused harm to the person who received the flowers.
Attached is a picture of the arrangement which looks nothing like the arrangement you have on your site.

|When I opened the door and the saw the delivery guy with this arrangement I immediately told him he had the wrong office. Lmao. This had to be one of the most prominent, exotic, beautiful, gorgeous, exquisite, radiant and spectacular roses arrangement I had ever received. Everyone in the office complimented on the huge arrangement eager to hear who the sender was. They ooooohed and awwwwwed, taking pictures and videos. Thank you my wonderful friend ❤️

|As you can see, this adorable arrangement looks like a cute little dog. The arrangement that was delivered is not at all what I ordered. Yes , there is a grouping of white carnations - not at all in a dog shape - not at all like pictured.
I am furious as this was close to a $100 purchase. I welcome a follow up call to discuss and am happy to provide photos of the arrangement that was delivered ( the day after my daughter in law's birthday )
Lesson learned. I will NEVER use this florist again.

|I called into the store to see if I could simply get the card that I spent time crafting for my wife for Valentines Day that they did not provide with my order and I was met rudely with insults!! The lady on the phone initially said she would replace my order. She even gave me a time to come pick it up. She then called me back several hours later, insulted me again, accused me of lying and refused to provide any type of remedy for the broken vase they gave me with my order that was leaking by time I got home!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DELIVERABLES!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! I asked to speak to the supervisor and he or she refused to get on the phone to talk things out. The lady on the phone said there was nothing they could do after they already had my money!!! Then she hung up on me!! I will NEVER order ANYTHING from this place again. NOT worth the HEADACHE!!!!!!!!!!!! Much better flower stores around with much better customer service!!!!!!!!

I went to pick up my flowers and the service was very rushed and unprofessional. There were people in there with no masks on during covid which made it worse. Then, I was rudely being given my flowers at the shop by an older lady. She was speaking Spanish and trying to push me out of the door. The vase was wrapped in paper and I had a weird feeling something was off. The lady was not listening and she was still trying to push me out of the door. I ordered the “Key To My Heart” dark red, crossed vase. Before she could rush me out of the door, I tore the paper off to reveal the vase and surprisingly, the vase was indeed not what I ordered. It was plain, standard, transparent clear. On top of that, once I arrived at my house I realized that the card I had written my wife on the website and paid the full $100 to be included, was not included and I had to read it to her via my digital receipt. On top of that, the vase was leaking from the bottom and my wife was not happy with the mess it was making on the table.
