Your Personal Florist
We're a full service flower shop, ran by a mother-daughter team with a fun and unique style. We can handle anything from a few balloons to a wedding for 500 guests. We have custom painted the inside of our shop to pull at the creative side of the brain and really get people to look at flowers in a new and exciting way.

Lori has been in the floral business for 30 years. She has worked in award winning shops and has been a winner of many awards. Her passion for the floral industry is inspiring to everyone she comes in contact. Lori is never too busy to educate a client on flowers.

The pictures that we use are simply to give you a idea of what it will look like. There are many factors that go in to the
finished produce, Like what was available at the time of order both, in candy and container and also the price of your order. The picture was and is the premium price and the price point you want with was the standard price.
I am sorry we did not fulfill your expectations. If is at all helpful I would be more then willing to hold a $25.00 credit in store for you to use in the future

The flowers were very nice. Although they didn't have the same colors as advertized online they reached out and confirmed a substitution before completing the order. The bench that I received was definitely a substitute. The website was transparent about their inventory, and noted this online. Mine came with a little poem, and butterflies. I added the extra flowers for $10, and they were gracious enough to do the colors I requested. Thank you.

I sent roses to my parents for Valentines Day. They were absolutely gorgeous! Mom was so pleased; she loves roses. I sent the flowers from me and my dog. Apparently the only thing that printed on the card was ‘woof’. Since I’m the only kid with a dog, they knew who they were from.

My mom received her flowers on time. Since I’m out of town, my brother took a picture and sent it to me. I was disappointed with the quality and quantity of stems provided. They appeared to be broken/bent/petals on the flowers wilted. I hope my next purchase will improve.

I ordered the big snacktime basket for my granddaughter's birthday instead of flowers. I thought she could take the snacks for work. She loved it ! She took a picture of it and it was a wonderful basket with lots of goodies. I asked if they would add a birthday balloon and they did ! It was great and the florist shop is great. I've ordered from YPF a few times now and all arrangements sent out has mirrored the display pictures and have meet all delivery windows. As I am ordering from out of state, I am always hesitant that my orders will not be fulfilled or meet expectations, but YPF by far surpasses all expectations! Brittany is super fast with responding to emails, even with the time difference. I really appreciate YPF's attentiveness and the care that they put into each arrangement. I would highly recommend YPF.

I understand that the flowers need to be seasonal however, I was expecting the same colors to be in the arrangement. Although the delivered arrangement was very nice and most colors there, I would have liked it to have included a purple color as that is why I picked this arrangement. Perhaps, I would have been happier if I was contacted about the changes. I couldn't find a place to add a photo of the delivered flowers for comparison.

The flowers delivered looked different (color wise/ fullness) from what was featured online. I’m not happy that they were dropped off on the ground directly in front of the my mother’s parking garage which could’ve been a safety issue. Thankfully she didn’t run over the vase.

The flowers were beautiful but I wasn't expecting so MUCH GREEN there was more "leaves and fillers" than flowers. I do respect that they made the changes I requested to add a few purple flowers to the arrangement in honor of Alzheimer's awareness just wish it had more flowers especially for the price I paid.

The delivery was great and the flowers looked amazing but my sister (the recipient) had a VERY hard time reading the hand written message on the card. Maybe consider typing and printing out the messages so they are legible for everyone, thank you for helping in my birhday gift to my sister!

I live in Atlanta and wanted to work with a local florist in Troy to deliver a bouquet to my mother-in-law and father-in-law. Not only was the delivery done same-day, the Designer's Choice bouquet turned out beautifully. My mother-in-law called me in tears overjoyed by the gift. I received a call that my family wasn't home during the initial delivery. Because it was extremely cold, they went back later in the day when my MIL would be home to deliver the flowers to ensure they wouldn't be damaged. The entire staff took great care of the flowers and delivery throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone in the Troy area (even if you're ordering from out of town like I was) who is looking for stunning bouquets and to be treated with nothing but professionalism and care!

I have used this florist before in person, so I ordered online this last time. I wanted the flowers and colors that appeared in picture. They did call and tell me they didn't have pink/white lilies, but they had orange. I agreed to it, but said make it look nice, complimentary colors. That didn't happen! The flowers show up with pink roses, white flowers, and orange lilies. Pink and orange do not look good together at all! My wife disliked it so much she separated the arrangement into three smaller arrangements that made sense. I will not buy online again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
