It was my mother's birthday! Totally unacceptable! Also called and emailed on the same day to let them know with no response. They did end up delivering the bottles of wine the next day after my mother called to complain. Spent $220 with a tip. Will not use them again!

For husbands who worry that the bouquet arriving may be a disappointing version of the photograph, this is a good place to shop and then relax!

The flowers arrived late. I wrote that they needed to be delivered before a certain time. They did not. It was left outside. Thank god security guard found them and stored in fridge until center opened. I try to contact florist she never answered.
On another note the flower arrangement was beautiful. She needs to improve her communication with the client .

The flowers we received were not what is pictured. We receive completely different colors and flowers that were advertised and franky the color scheme was not pretty. What was on the website looked nothing like what I ordered. The orchids were a mix and match and the planter was a clear glass while on the website there were 2 orchids of the same color and a very nice planter which tied everything together. Very disappointing,

Terrible experience. The flowers were never delivered. The flower shop took over 3 hours to reply to my request for an update. When they did reply they were extremely rude and unapologetic. They mentioned the delivery would be made at the end of the day around 7pm because it was a home address, not a business therefore they placed less priority on the delivery. The driver tried contacting me at 9pm and was extremely rude. I requested they leave the flowers at my door but they never arrived. I can’t stress enough how terrible their service is, I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

Horrible. Roses are open and very dilapidated. Edges were burnt looking and wilted. Definitely not what i was expecting for almost $200!! Publix has nicer roses for a 1/6 of the price.

I would give zero stars if I could. I got a bouquet for my grandmother’s birthday and it arrived at 8:34 pm. I had to call Yosvi twice and the first time he said they would be delivered at around 4 or 5pm. After I called again at 7pm he said the driver was having to make other deliveries. When the driver arrived he/she didn’t even ring the doorbell, they just left it at the front door without notifying anyone. To make matters worse the bouquet didn’t even look like the one in the photos. Never again !!!!!

The bouquet was a lot smaller than the one in the picture, even though i had paid for the “premium” extras. It only contained 4 (!!!!) roses and a lot of green. The lilies were yellow and still buds. For that price (with shipping and taxes 100$+), i was expecting A LOT more. Disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

First time ordering from this place and I’m kinda disappointed. On that particular mother’s day it was raining really hard and the flowers were left out and it was kind destroyed. I would have thought at least they would wrapped the flowers in plastic like the ones you would see on an Easter baskets to protect them. The note that I request to be placed on the flowers wasn’t even in an envelope. It look like it was just written on a little note paper and it washed off in the rain. The flowers was still nice enough for my mother to enjoy them.

Awful! I upgraded my order to premium and the bouquet received was not even up to the standard version – I would say very far from what is shown on the web site. I took the time to call and ask about how different the premium would be from the bouquet shown and the answer was that there would be five succulent plants instead of four and more berries. In fact, there were no succulent plants at all and only some white and pink wildflowers. The box was not natural wood, but a cheap white painted one instead. I’m so frustrated and sent an e-mail and no answer to this hour. This is unfortunate that photos cannot be uploaded, that would allow you to see for yourself. I will not order from this site again.

Simply obsessed with the "Smile of Sunset" flower arrangement! They also went the extra mile to communicate with me when the hospital turned them away for delivery. Driver called me and confirmed a hospital person contact... flowers were delivered!

I liked the product in the picture and the real thing is pretty much like that one, but I paid for an upgrade to premium and the product I received was pretty much the same. However, it was not in optimal condition. The water was not clear and the flowers were not very fresh either.
I understand the rush of Saint Valentine but the array was expensive and I was expecting something outstanding.

What was received looked absolutely nothing like the picture. I know you mention on your website that there might some differences, but you could have been honest when I placed the order and inform me all I was getting were white roses (more suitable for a funeral), but you were still going to charge me a fortune. I really would like to understand what happened with the flowers that I order for delivery yesterday.
I am so disappointed with the service and the product.
The flowers just arrived in the end of the day, after 5pm and the flowers as you can see in the picture below, were really different from the one that I ordered.
The color was different, in the website just say to specify the color if you want different from the image.
It was missing the ribbon bow, the vase was different too. Everything was different and the quality of the flower that was delivered made me ashamed.
I am really frustrated with this, was a gift to my mother and I want a reply from you.

While the service online was easy to purchase, the bouquet itself wasn’t impressive. I’m sorry to say that it didn’t lol better than two flower bunches from Publix. I wish I could say otherwise as these were purchased for my mother, but for $65, it left a lot to desire. I would only purchase again if I could get an absolute guarantee of what the design will be, because our bouquet didn’t really meet the expectations of the image selected.

My mother is elderly and has already been staying home for over a week and heading up to stay that way for another several weeks at least. No family and no friends can come by because she has so many additional conditions she is the highest risk. So i thought a beautiful bouquet would be something to cheer her up and to remind her that we are thinking of her even when we can’t be with her. And because small floral shops will be one of the many hard hit businesses during this time of no events or parties, i looked online to find a small independently owned shop and found this one! The bouquet options were endless and creative and beautiful, and fortunately they looked just like that upon delivery!!! My mom was thrilled and so was I! Great shop! xox amy

I give a one star because I can't give NONE. the customer service in that place is horrible. I called the flower shop once to see when my order was going to get to its destination and I was hung up on. then I called 15TIMES AFTER THAT till someone finally picked up the phone and I had asked where my order was and the guy placed me on hold for 17 MINUTES. so I was very upset at that point so I hung up and called again. I told the guy I wanted a refund and he insisted in not giving me the refund. the order was received to the person 4 minutes before leaving work.The order was placed at 9am. it was delivered at 4:57pm I was to the point of showing up to the location and speaking to the manager but I wasn't going to get there on time because I'm located in the kendall area. I WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER FROM THIS NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACE AGAIN!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!

Stunning. Paid more for the $10 upgrade and it was worth it. Made th bouquet look at least twice as much worth as I paid. The styling probably won’t look exactly like the picture and we had more flowers so there was a different vase but the overall vibe of the flowers looked the same and it was very beautiful and modern.

The flowers were beautiful. Yosvi’s does a nice job. There was some confusion however. The delivery confirmation was received hours before the actual delivery. This kind of ruined the surprise because I called the recipient to question if she got it. It didn’t actually arrive until several hours later. Yosvi’s was responsive and rushed the order when they realized the error.

Flowers did not look like the picture. I ordered this set because of the pink vase and it came with a clear one instead. Flowers looked a little dead. They showed up super late after the time frame I put. I had to call multiple times to see when it was going to be delivered and was given false times. Will not order again

Honestly i didn’t put no stars cause it didn’t allow me. But this place is the biggest piece of junk ever, i wouldn’t even recommend this to my worst of enemies! You order your flowers and you definitely do not get what you see, so don’t even think that is what you’re getting. Also you think you’re gonna get your moneys worth? Hell no i paid 60$ for a flowering arrangement smaller then my shoe! Also 12$ for delivery when they can’t even follow simple instructions or meet request? I told strictly “hey i need the flowers before 1 please!” They said yeah no problem pretty much just trying to get my money, when the flowers didn’t arrive by 2 i called again to see what was going on and he told me they got complicated so me being extremely patient and nice i told him not to worry just to please deliver it to our home before 6 the time i get home so she can ge them before i arrive. Again he told me it wouldn’t be an issue, once again it was a damn lie! I received my flowers at 8:30pm ! Imagine how angry and frustrated i was. I would never in my life buy from these thief and lier again, don’t do it trust me there are so many better places out there don’t fall for these fools!

The flowers looked great and the recipient of them loved them very much. However they delivered the flowers very late at night, close to 10 pm. I would just wonder why they would deliver so late after they close and if they could notify the recipient of the later time to see if it is too late to deliver. Thank you.

A very close friend died in Miami. We contacted Yosvi to duplicate and modify the center piece flower arrangement to include yellow calla lilies, white lilies, white and yellow roses and babies breadth. We also ordered two white candles. The arrangement was really beautiful and a lot of care had gone to ensure that the family and friends of our late friend would enjoy the flowers like our late friend who loved flowers. I ordered an arrangement as a surprise for my wife on our 5th Wedding Anniversary. I requested a custom arrangement with white calla lilies, and white and purple roses. I also asked to have delivered to our hotel by 10am, or close to it. When 10am rolled around, I called to get a timeline. The gentleman said, "don't worry, it's on its way. It'll be there between 1030 and 11." As I'm trying to stall my wife, it got to 12:00, and still no delivery. I went to front desk to inquire about the delivery, now ruining the surprise for my wife. I called again, the guy apologized and said it should be there any moment, and he would call to make sure, and call me back. I never got a call back. Finally when delivered, after 1pm, the arrangement didn't have any white roses. Although it tells you online that some custom requests may not be met, it would have been nice to know in case I wanted to substitute. Very poor experience, and very unprofessional.

Found Yosvi flowers online after a quick google search, looked around the website and fell in love with their arrangements. Decided to send my friend who had surgery one of Yosvi's beautiful flower arrangements and opted for the one called :Yosvi Garden". I did everything online, no issue whatsoever. I called Yosvi from another state requesting this arrangement of flowers to be delivered to my mother on her special day. Yosvi delivered on time! Although I called with only one day notice, they were very helpful and attentive and promised to have them there on time. The flowers arrived on time and my mother was happy. Unfortunately the message card was damaged during the delivery and did not make it. The flowers were also slightly different from the picture and seem to have less of the smaller more colorful flowers shown. The most important thing is that she was happy.

After placing the order, I called to confirm it was received and the rep was confusing the billing address for the delivery address. After fixing their mistake he reassured me that by 3PM the arrangement would arrive. By 3:30 I had not heard any delivery confirmation and then called back again, the same rep said the driver had finished another delivery a couple of miles away and that it should be arriving in the next 25min. At 4PM I STILL had not heard anything so I called back 4 times and no answer! By this time he recognized my number and refused to pick up my phone call. It wasn't until 4:45PM (right when my girlfriend was leaving work) that the driver showed up at her building and called her to come downstairs to pick up her flowers. When my girlfriend came downstairs he asked her to sign a paper while he was smoking a cigarette right in front of her. I highly recommend anyone who reads to to NEVER order from these incompetent people.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Delivery: ahead of schedule on the most busiest time of the year! I ordered on the 13th of February thinking it was too late for a Valentine's day delivery but I was surprised to be told it would not be a problem. Yeah for the Local Shop!!! I have always used the usally internet vendors that then pass the business to certain local vendors, but this tie I decided to skip the middle man. Boy was that a great decision!! Yosvi met and exceeded my expectations! My wife got exactly what I ordered on line and it was gorgeous. I even got a text with the image of the actual arrangement before it got delivered! What a great idea!! I hope they keep it up, cause that is what I call customer service. Needless to say I will continue to use Yosvi in the future.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. I was ordering flowers long distance for the death of a dear friend and worried about the quality etc. From the first phone call, with follow ups this company was way beyond my expectations. The recipients said they flowers were absolutely lovely; they had added white lilies and white stocks to the arrangement of roses. The owner called me to notify me they would arrive at a certain time; they sent a photo of the flowers before they were delivered. Amazing service, beautiful flowers and a very caring attitude.
