We communicated with the client, we let him know that the arrangement was made and delivered according to the order specifications, the driver arrived at the address and the concierge gave him instructions to leave it at the counter, where all shipments are left. We sent the client a photo of the arrangement delivered at the counter, the client informed us that he was going to investigate and contact us again. To date we have not received any further contact with the client, we have tried to communicate with him by sending messages and calls and we have not received a response.

|I have to express my extreme disappointment with your flowers. I have done several orders with you before and the last one was also pretty disappointing but I allowed that to pass. This time I found it almost an insult. I ordered what is pictured bellow and to ensure that was exactly what my mother was going get I paid for the premium. What she got was something that I was not of the same caliber not even close and the person who hand wrote the message did not even have the decency of centering the message nor included who was sending it. My mother had to ask around. That is absolutely unacceptable. I am including bellow the flowers she received. I just wanted to let you know that I think that this is the last time I will use your services.
