|The arrangement that was delivered is Missing the aspidara big leaf on the side instead they added flowers. It's missing queen Anne's leave and they put pos flower. It's also missing more greenery.
It's very bare and looks like it's been sitting out for 2 weeks already. This arrangement was intended to bring warmth to my family who just lost their mother.
I should have called been about the changes so I could of decided if i wanted to change it and get something else or leave it as is. These were very expensive ($150) and what was sent was a very embarrassing and unfinished version of what I paid for. I immediately emailed my concerns and never heard back. There were notices on the website about increase in pricing but nothing about lacking in materialis to complete an order as seen in the photo. We are asked to trust that what we see in the photo is what we are paying for and sending and sadly that was not the case.

|A gentleman answered the phone and I explained who I was and wondered what happened to my order. I honestly expected an attitude and an excuse of how busy they were. Instead, he immediately looked up my order, apologized profusely and threw in a complimentary package of chocolates. The gentleman was a pleasure to talk to and assured me the order would be delivered today. I can't express how cooperative and apologetic he was. Truly, the customer was his #1 priority.
Sure enough, a few hours later, my order was delivered and the recipient was very happy.
Thanks, XO Flowers & Gifts! I lost the gentleman's name, but boy, THAT's the was to handle a complaint or mistake. Great customer service.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
