I have used Xavier’s florist as my go to for 20 years. I used to love their arrangements. This time, I was very disappointed. The flowers were delivered on time so that was awesome. I ordered the premium arrangement that is supposed to have purple (I ordered this particular arrangement because it was the persons favorite color) and I was expecting to be much fuller. What I got wasn’t worth the $184 and definitely didn’t look like the picture. Roses weren’t purple no purple daisies… I got a few purple carnations instead. if they didn’t have the colors a phone call should have been made! I wish this allowed me to post a picture of what I got but it doesn’t let me.
Disappointing! This is not the first time. But it may be the last.

Xaviers is always my go to. But I normally call. I tried online and I am pretty disappointed. I paid for the premium which is supposed to be fuller and what was sent was not a full bouquet. I paid for the highest level, Premium, but the flowers were too small and anything but premium quality. I don’t think this photo is an accurate representation of what I got and it is quite misleading and false advertising. None of the roses look good and they’re more like baby roses with tiny bulbs. This is unacceptable especially when you spend this much money in good faith. I would like a refund.

The arrangement I chose had very little carnations and white lilies. The arrangement that was sent was full of carnations and contained no lilies. I chose the deluxe arrangement but there was nothing deluxe about it, the arrangement looked cheap due to all the carnations and much smaller than I would expect for the deluxe.

It might have been because there was a big holiday rush around Mother's Day, but I was a bit disappointed. The photo shows a lovely blue glass vase, but I received a clear glass one instead which was a bummer, because the blue and yellow color scheme was the primary reason for selecting this arrangement.
The flowers smelled wonderful and were well-arranged, but I did notice on the lily's some of them were cut short to where the stems could not reach the water, and I was surprised there wasn't any kind of plant food powder to mix in (maybe that's just for cheap arrangements, though?). They did do a good job of mixing flowers that had already bloomed bloomed some buds that opened a few days later.

This is the 2nd time using Xavier's to send flowers to someone. Usually, when I've ordered online, when the flowers arrive, they're much smaller, not as pretty as the pictures, or starting to wilt. To tell you the truth I get my flowers at this florist all the time, but in person. When I did it online it does not feel personal. What I paid for does not come close to what I can get when I go in the shop and order my flowers. So what we got was really small and I went with the next size up but does not look any different. The roses looked pink in the photo that I received from the recipient. I do hope they were lavender but I don't want to ruin the gift by asking details about the delivery. The greens used in the bouquet were basic and not the same greens from the provided image. The filler was YELLOW which was an unwanted deviation. The provided image displayed a bouquet that was more modern and on-trend but the delivered product was pedestrian.

I had what I thought was a nice conversation with this florist. I wanted to make sure the business was getting local support rather then going through a larger floral group, especially during these times. I was assured I’d get a nice arrangement for Mom, especially since I was ordering an upgraded arrangement. I specifically asked that the arrangement was void of carnations as they remind Mom of death. The arrangement had several notably sized carnations. Mom was delivered a bouquet of death for Mother’s Day! Bad enough I had to shelter in and not see her to try to make up for it!

I was disappointed because I understand if you cant replicate the exact photo from what I chose from your website, but when I got a good look of the arrangement it just seemed like it was limited with the flowers compared to the photo. This arrangement was for my moms birthday which she was fine, but if I'm paying a good amount of money for this arrangement I expect the best. One thing I was pretty bummed about was when I wrote my card online, the preview of the card looked really nice - the writing was in cursive and the look of the card looked simple but elegant. However, the actual card/note in the flowers when delivered looking nothing like the online preview - the letters were blocky print and didn't look all that great

Unfortunately, very disappointed. The water that was in the vase smelled, there were gnats on the flowers, and a number of the carnations were already dying. Seemed as if this was a bouquet that had been sitting around for a number of days without water change or flower change. This florist has been reliable in the past, but not this time! This was for my mom's birthday and so unfortunate to hear the quality was so poor given the cost and ordering from the florist website directly. Really feel as if I am entitled to a refund or at least resend a quality bouquet.

The arraignment was stunning! Ordering online can be difficult. My experience has been that the arraignment delivered usually doesn’t live up to the photo but Xavier’s was the opposite!! After looking at several pictures on your website, I ordered this flowers to our friend who were celebrating their 21st anniversary. I wanted to send exactly as it looked in the picture, but right after it was delivered, I asked them to send me the picture and it looked completely different. There was no heart on the red roses which you show on your website. The red roses were also not placed properly in the vase. Your flowers did not express our feelings for their special day.
