The delivery was prompt and the quality of the plants was good however I was surprised when I saw the photo because it looks so much different than the photo on the site. For example there were more plants which is fine but none of the yellow daisies (I think those are daisies). Is it normal to leave out flowers? Maybe they didn't have any??? Anyway my daughter was happy with it so moving on.

I needed a boutonnière for my grandson for a black and gold ball and it was last minute. I had called around to try to find what I wanted but no one else was able to accommodate me.

VERY disappointed birthday arrangement for my friend. I purchased a medium size flora arrangement. She received a very SMALL arrangement. I wonder what constitute a small arrangement. I selected and paid $89 for medium size arrangement. Do not trust the floral image you provided in your confirmation of purchase. It is not representative of you might receive. The flowers were delivered after the birthday. A store representative indicated an attempt was made to deliver and a card placed at door. However, after investigating, someone was home all day, and there was no card left at the residence. I left instructions to call resident....that did not happen.

No call back on Friday. I called again on Saturday morning; no answer and can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full. Then find out they are closed on the weekends…
And I thought I was doing a good thing supporting local business. I will stick with Amazon from here on out for birthdays so I wont be this disappointed again. If someone would have called me back that would have been so much better than thinking I just spent $50 for nothing.

After searching around,But I would hope they would have at least got there at 11am not 2pm when the service was almost over. The flowers were beautiful and the recipient absolutely loved them as she made a Facebook post about receiving them. However, I was very unhappy with the delivery process and the manner in which it was handled. After speaking to the recipient, it appears there were a few discrepancies in the communication exchanges without regards to the flowers being delivered on the day they were originally supposed to be delivered. Needless to say, this was very disappointing to me. Hopefully this information is helpful. This is not to take anything from the work that you do but service and honesty is everything to me when it come business.
