Flowers looked beautiful in the picture I received of them. Unfortunately when arriving at the florist on Saturday we found them closed. Woodman’s website is correct, but when you do a google search it is wrong. SUPER disappointed.

Woodman’s has ALWAYS done an amazing job. My grandmother worked there when I was a kid, and they were great when my Dad got my mom flowers and now they are great when I do the same thing. The one that was sent looks like an amateur made it. The white sticks are not deliberately placed- they are just stuck in all over the place- like a child made it. The red berries are buried and there is NOT a bow on it.
I am extremely disappointed.

You can always count on Woodman's Florist for beautiful, unique floral designs. Although we were sad when they moved from Peterborough, we recently had an occasion that called for a delivery in their new market area. The arrangement was just as pictured, and the designer customized it according to our request for specific floral and accessory colors. Unfortunately not the best. I ordered designers choice the deluxe version and it certainly was not. Design was fine but so small, I go to another florist near my work but they don’t deliver to my wife’s work. The florist I usually go to gives me a huge beautiful bouquet for $75. This one was so small with a couple roses and mostly carnations! $75 for what my wife received I was not impressed with at all. I used woodmans because they did next day delivery but this will be my last time.

Incredibly disappointed. Originally ordered the Princess Bouquet for my niece since it had a butterfly and glitter and it was delivered with no glitter, butterfly and about half the flowers that were promised. I then was told someone would call me the next day to discuss the arrangement not being what I purchased and never got a call. When I called to follow up I was told a new bouquet was on a van being delivered. Was never notified or asked if that was the resolution I desired. Also never even received an apology for the inconvenience - was almost like I was inconveniencing them. The new bouquet was delivered with yet again no butterfly and almost no flowers. This is the second time this has happened and these prices are too expensive to not be delivered as described. Won’t order from here again.

We thought this tree would bring some holiday cheer to his home since he could not decorate for the holidays. It was delivered promptly, and he sent a photo right away to thank us, but he commented that it looked kind of "goofy!" Frankly, I think it looked like it was haphazardly put together, with little consideration to scale or taste. Other family members who contributed to the purchase of this $100+ tree were equally disappointed and thought I should reach out to you.
Is there any kind of refund that would be available given the circumstances? I have ordered flowers from your shop in the past and was delighted with the results. Which is why I didn't hesitate to order from your establishment for this gift.
I would appreciate anything you can do to help remedy the situation, and eagerly await your response.

It was a struggle to get flowers for a co-worker, I couldn't find anyone that would deliver to the home, so I gave up that notion and just went with I give a work. Went online submitted my order, but some how it selected the day after the day I wanted. However, the staff here was great, they got the flowers made up and I was able to give to my co-worker. I chose a “designer’s choice” deluxe bouquet for a friend, thinking it would be abundant in seasonal flowers. You’d think having spent so much the florist would send a picture of their creation. They didn’t. And from what I saw from the friend, I think I paid about ten or more dollars a bloom. Hoping their picture just didn’t do it justice.

I opted for the deluxe and it honestly didn’t look any bigger than the picture for the smaller one. I actually went out to my garden and cut a few other flowers to add to it and in the end my friends never knew.

I've used Woodmans as my go-to florist since my first marriage in 1988. I now live out west but my mother still lives there locally. Whenever I want to send her something, whether for a special occasion or just because, I always pick up the phone and call Woodmans. This time, I placed my order entirely online. It was delivered within a couple of hours, and as always, my mother was thrilled. I am, too.

Ón time, but pic showed 11 blooms, product info did not specify. I even upgraded to DELUX, but only 6 blooms arrived - wicked expensive for that! Also. I specifically asked to avoid Asian aromatic lillies which are deadly to household animals, yet there they are!

As a floral designer, we know tulips grow an inch a day, therefor, when we design, we stick them in very deep so as they grow, they enhance the design (and don't look too crazy after a couple days). As we were happy to replace the arrangement, I was so glad to hear the recipient loved the original sent. When we got it back, it had at lease 12 different blooms, roses, carnations, hydrangeas, tulips, etc. Thank you so much for choosing Woodman's and we're so glad to have happily resolved this issue for you! I ordered flowers for my mother (who currently resides at the Crestwood Center in Milford, NH) to be delivered on Valentine's Day from Woodman's as their arrangements are always so beautiful. Unfortunately, although they were delivered to the nursing home on Sunday, the flowers somehow never made it to my mom's room. I emailed Woodman's to let them know about the problem and their response was amazing! Although it was not their fault, Jessica Trubacz apologized for the mix up and promised to send my mother a more expensive arrangement right out today! As I’m writing this review, I have yet to receive the order. I had hoped to have it delivered the same day as it was submitted within the specified time frame to allow that- and I live less than 5 miles away from the store. I did receive a phone call explaining that the person had just got around to looking at the web orders late afternoon and would it be ok to deliver tomorrow morning first thing instead? I felt I had no choice but to agree.
Once the order is delivered maybe I can leave a better review.

Ordered a $65 custom bouquet a couple of days before Mother’s Day. Picked up at the store on Saturday. I was underwhelmed at the arrangement. The flowers looked tired (they lasted less than a week) and the arrangement was not inspiring. I have bought flowers and arrangements before and have always been pleased. Perhaps the COVID-19 crisis has put a crimp on supply but it’s not an excuse for a lackluster design/arrangement. For the money, I expected much more.
