Picture of what I ordered has small purple flowers in with the roses. What I got was just roses and some boring greenery.

Was not happy. Purchased premier and it looked like more filler than flowers were added. Also, the roses were not fresh - they were already open and sunflowers were droopy! It was nothing like the picture. Very disappointed and this was my first time using this florist.

Ordered a wrist corsage and boutonnière for our son and his girlfriend for prom. What we received did not look like the photo online. We went with this shop strictly based on what their products looked like as compared to other shops. We were very disappointed, sadly. It was also pretty expensive for what it was.
This was a gift to one of my 3 sisters for Mom’s Day & she was out when the delivery took place. I received a call from the lady who delivered informing me of no one is home and she left the delivery on the step tucked safely in a secure corner of her door, I wasn’t concerned because I knew she’d be home soon from then.
My sister was extremely happy with her flowers. I asked her to send me a pick of her with it so I could see the gift to make sure it was what I ordered AND I have to say it was ABOVE my expectation! My sister’s only complaint was that she doesn’t know that type of plant too well & wished it came with instructions on how to care for it. Regardless of this… I am extremely happy with the picture displayed on website and the actual outcome of the display that was delivered! Absolutely gorgeous! My sister is very happy and made her very hectic day brighter! YOU won me over on all counts! Design, delivery care, friendly… OHHH AND the fastest service I’ve ever experienced!! You ALL received a 10++ grade from me AND I will definitely brag you up IF anyone I should ask me where to get great service, reasonable cost, beautiful arrangements!!

The plant itself was exactly what i expected. I was disappointed that it didn’t have the moss bottom and that it was a basket. That is why we chose that one. Also a bit disappointing that you would charge $14.95 for delivery to drive a mile or less right down the road. I’m sure that is a standard price for delivery but should be adjusted in those situations.
It was a very cold day in January, but the arrangement was very beautiful and delivered promptly and very much appreciated.
After returning home from holiday travel, I unexpectedly had to place an order for a corsage needed for a dance the day after Christmas. I was able to order online late in the evening on 12/25 and it was ready by noon the next day! I am so grateful for the wonderful service and delighted at how beautiful the corsage turned out.

I was disappointed with the color of lavender. While it is a shade of lavender if you want to get technical it is nowhere near the color shown on the website although the flowers are beautiful and I'm not going to complain too much but that was a disappointment they look more pink than lavender.

The plant and the balloon were beautiful! My only concern is they were left on the door stoop and he has a very hard time bending over and I am 4 hours away that is why I had them delivered. I was not aware he would be gone during the day but maybe a second attempt to hand deliver them when he was home would have been great!

The flower arrangement received was significantly smaller than both the images and the price tag indicated. I wanted [and paid for "WOW!!", I got "meh".]
Arrived when store opened. The male that helped me and I am assuming it was the owner had no personality at all. No good morning or thank you! Crabby to say the least!! Arrangement looks nothing like what is pictured and I paid extra for premium flowers. For over $150.00 and that is with me picking it up, I would expect this to be beautiful. The purple flowers looked dead! You could do better picking up $20.00 flowers at CUB Foods and putting them in a vase. I was embarrassed to give to my Mother. I will never use this place again but I will say that the woman that wrapped up and boxed flowers for me was nice. How they stay in business is a mystery to me!

After trying for 4 days trying to get one of these national chains to deliver flowers for my wife, I finally went to Woodlane Website. I ordered in the morning from Woodlane and they were delivered mid-afternoon yesterday. They are beautiful and my wife loves them. Very full and colorful. The flowers are beautiful and the leaves glossy. Woodlane always does something a little extra and beautiful in their bouquets. In this case, the ribbon on the vase was perfect and there was an extra bloom in the bouquet that filled it out and gave it a lovely shape.

We recently ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. They were beautiful and fresh and arrived right on schedule. However, they were very expensive for what we received. Another family member also ordered flowers for the same occasion and their flowers were similar but considerably cheaper than ours. Next time I will look around for better prices before ordering.
Beautiful flowers, same day delivery!
One of the blossoms was broken off, they were more than 1/2 way open and unprotected and for the price were not that good of a bargain. I had left a note for you to call when you dropped them off which you did not do. If it was usual weather they would have probably been frozen to death. After the pandemic I am going back to Trader's Joes where they are better quality and a better price.
I upgraded the arrangement to premium for my family funeral service. My brother sent me a photo and the arrangement was beautiful. Woodland Flowers even called me to clarify an error I made placing the order online. Very kind and very professional. One day delivery service. Definitely will use them again.

Flowers were delivered exactly on time and were in excellent condition. However, the size of the arrangement was disappointing for the price. The website photos should describe the sizes of the arrangements or should include additional common objects enabling size to be determined. This would prevent the disappointment that I experienced when seeing the arrangement first hand.

I am a long time customer of this florist. I love’d how this arrangement looked in the florist’s picture and when I had it delivered previously, it looked very similar when the recipient sent me a picture - beautiful!
This time other colors, mainly some dark red flowers, seemed to have been added, which changed the look of the arrangement. The rest of the flowers were still beautiful, but it didn’t look as elegant as in the florist’s picture and in the previous arrangement ordered.

Woodlane Flowers has been my go-to florist for the last 20 years or more. Their arrangements are consistently lovely and the quality of their flowers excellent. I would have liked to have given 4.5 stars which was not an option. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars this time was because the example showed much contrast in colors and the final arrangement, while still lovely, seemed less vibrant. Having said that, access to the variety Woodlane typically would have may not be the case during these COVID times. Most importantly my friend thought the arrangement was gorgeous and it brightened her day. So mission accomplished.

The day of delivery we were called asking if we still wanted the flowers delivered and if someone was home because if not they just weren't going to go even though we paid the $25 delivery fee. I could not be more pleased with the products and level of service I receive from Woodlane Flowers. I use them 6-8 times a year, and they always come through, not matter the notice.
The flowers were delivered, looked great, but I felt like it definitely was not worth the price. There are only a few flowers for $45 plus an almost $20 delivery fee... good product but not worth the overall price.

I ordered my floral arrangement on a Saturday for my father-in-law’s funeral taking place two days later. I was so happy that Woodlane Flowers was able to put something together at such short notice, and deliver it by Monday morning.
The vase used was beautiful! It didn’t look like the vase in the website photo, but I liked it even better.
Unfortunately, I thought that I was paying for the kind of flowers in the website photo, knowing that it might not look exactly the same. The floral arrangement that was delivered was made up of white and deep purple lilacs. I love lilacs, but that’s not what I expected. I also paid an upgrade charge to have extra flowers added. I just wish another kind of flower would have been added instead of more lilacs. It was hard for me to know that I had spent a good chunk of money for the delivery of a vase of lilacs.

I attended the funeral today for Mary Johnson and must say that I was surprised and in fact a little disappointed to see the size of the actual plant that arrived. The picture shown when I placed the order gave me the impression that it was going to be larger. Perhaps listing the size of the actual plant may be off assistance in the future to prevent further surprises and potential disappointments
