Never received the flowers I spent almost $200 on, even though they show delivered. I am extremely disappointed and the phones are not being answered

When I tell you that this is the best flower shop that I have ever been to, I mean it. Not only were they quick to let me know what they didn't have in stock, but they made me feel completely comfortable in trusting them to create something better with what they had. Oh baby... and the arrangement at the end???? EXCEEDED my expectations by a thousand percent!! They handled my transaction with respect and cooperation (bosses mother-in-law passed). I only wish that they delivered to Austin!!!
As long as I need flowers, I will go to them if I'm inside their delivery range!!!!

I was expecting the floral arrangement to look very similar to the photo provided. Unfortunately, the roses were VERY pink compared to the roses in the photo. It wasn’t what I expected and there was a last minute change to the order as well, the day before the arrangement was delivered. I wasn’t expecting that either. So in the end, the arrangement given was almost nothing like the arrangement photo. Which was a little off putting, seeing as it was quite an expensive order. And the only reason we went with this one was for the look we thought we’d be getting.

Hello Colleen, I’m very sorry you were unhappy with your arrangement. Unfortunately last minute, our distributor did not provide our willow eucalyptus Thursday, due to international shipping issues, so we made the decision to go with the seeded eucalyptus last minute, which was why you were notified so late. Items do unfortunately get substituted especially in these unfortunate pandemic times, and even if most of our customers are happy with the substitutions, I should have made that more clear with your order specifically being you were a first time customer, but we did send out one substitution notice via email. I will admit however, that a substitution notice for the change in ranunculus color was not sent. All we had in stock was the dark red or yellow ranunculus, and as designers we go with what matches color wise. The roses were the same color. If they seemed “pinker” it may have been due to cleaning of the petals, but again my apologies. The only thing that wasn’t the exact same was the eucalyptus used, which again, we did sent out a notice for. Some issues are just out of our hands as designers and we are sorry you were unsatisfied. However, even with the substitutions, all flowers were of the same cost, as well as the vase used, and size of the arrangement. We’d love to offer you a discount of 15% off if you’re ever interested in giving us another chance. It’s not ever in our nature to hear our customers feel cheated or ripped off, which we don’t ever hear, so please give us a call and ask for the owner if you ever need anything in the future!

Priscilla was amazing from beginning of order and through until it was delivered. She communicated any info (changes, questions) right away and ensured the flowers were delivered early as i requested. Priscilla was very patient with me through the delivery process even though i felt soo bad-the address was not in town so it was hard to navigate. I will definitely use Wonderland for any future floral needs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The arrangements were reported to be absolutely stunning! Winter weather prevented the exact flowers from being available, but they were communicative and generous as they found a solution. I will definitely order from them again!

I ordered online a bouquet for Mother's day for my daughter in-law ( first time mom). We live in Alabama and they are stationed at Ft Hood, but live in Belton, TX.
I received a text stating they didn't have what I needed, but let me know what she could substitute for it. They sent me a picture (I approved) and then texted me when they were 10 mins away to make sure someone was home.
The best service I've EVER received with a florist local or ordering online.

Provided EXCELLENT customer service!! They did not have the flower colors that were shown in the picture online when I ordered. Priscilla called and explained that to me. She promised she could still make a beautiful bouquet with different colors. I put my trust in her. She noted she would text me a picture of the bouquet and let me know when they were out for delivery. Which she did.

The receipient said the flowers were beautiful...the picture Priscilla sent me was awesome and met my high expectations.

I would recommend if you are looking for flowers in the Temple, TX area.

Received such great service when I was tasked to order anniversary flowers for someone who couldn't access phone or internet on a Sunday afternoon, and Wonderland Flowers was the only florist open and available. I called with a question about ordering online and she continued texting with me until the order was processed, and even texted a photo of the flowers delivered on the doorstep.

Ordered online for a relative in rehab. Excellent communication from the florist on colors and flowers available from the market. Followed up with a text on delivery.
So delighted we found a great florist near the facility and with their communication.

Beautiful and sent on time. I called at 2:30 asking for a rush delivery and it was delivered as asked.

Flowers were pretty but I really wish the vase would have been similar to what was selected on website- short vase vs tall vase.

Dear Ashlee, when a customer pays extra for an upgraded arrangement, we can’t always fit the amount of flowers in such a small vase, and still make it look appealing, without over bunching the flowers. We are sorry you weren’t happy with the larger vase. But substitutions are sometimes required, and we should have told you, but I’ve never received a complaint for supplying a larger vase, so I didn’t think twice about it. However, I will not assume anymore lol, and make sure all our customers know. Thank you!
