You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Unbelievable service. I went in at closing time on a Friday afternoon. The thin lady with the most lovely attitude in the world. Was so helpful and made me feel way more comfortable ordering flowers for a good friends hardship. The experience was truly want to remember to the point that I am writing a review and I never write reviews. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to get the name of the young lady who helped me. She was a Latina with a beautiful and helpful attitude, she greeted everyone who came through the door after closing with the same warm smile and helpful demeanor. I am a business owner, and I would be elated to have this woman as a manager of one of my operations.

What a beautiful experience I had yesterday at Wine & Blooms. I was greeted by a kind young lady, and then the owner came out to personally show me their wine selection while I waited for a bouquet they were creating for my friend who needed a little pick-me-up.
Later, my friend called to say the flowers were the most beautiful she had ever received — they truly made her day.

I went into the store to purchase a small mixed bouquet for a friend’s “Get well.” The already prepared bouquet was beautiful with flowers that are not commonly seen so it made the gift unique. I thought the picture shown on the site was a standard size. So I went up on the price to a deluxe. The picture sent to me after the delivery was very average. Definitely not more than the flowers on your sight. I understand you may not have had the exact flowers but it didn’t seem like equal flowers were replaced. They were also bunched together. Not elongated. Wish it was more artistic looking like it was shown.

The 2 beautiful arrangements were not delivered on Mexican Mother’s Day as promised. At 9:45 am, May 10, I went in-person to the store to confirm and share the importance of delivery for that date. The associate checked the computer and guaranteed they were currently being worked on and would be delivered that same date. I placed the order online more than 1 week in advance. They were delivered the following day.
The arrangements are unique and beautiful but I am not sure I would consider the delivery to be reliable.

I ordered online for pickup. Communication was great, and once I sent a text to check on the status, they answered promptly that my order was ready. The arrangement was just like the picture on the website. Flowers were fresh and just perfectly arranged in a nice vase.

These were hand down the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. My wife loved the wrapped presentation upon delivery. They also came with the stems protected and specific instructions for care. She can’t stop thanking me every time she’s sees them after she transferred them to a vase. There is even a beautiful flower in there I’ve never seen and I’ve bought her countless bouquets. I have used Wine and Blooms services in the past and was pleased to use them again. My daughter lives locally and had given birth, so the arrangement was a particularly special gift. I am a gardener. Color, fragrance, and texture are important to me.
Calling at 1:45, I was delighted that they said they could provide our arrangement by close of day (5:00), which they basically did.
I had selected the “Designer’s Choice-Pastel and Airy”, given the photos depiction of blending pinks and lavenders and we had reviewed floral choices in advance. Fortunately, we had agreed to have them send a photo prior to delivery to assure it was all I had hoped for. (They did so at 4:45). This proved to be invaluable as the arrangement initially was not at all to my liking (use of bright orange, red etc at least from the photo sent). It did take time to adjust it, which ran into closing time for them. At that point the artisan became a tad frustrated. I reminded them that their commitment was their availability to rework the arrangement to customer satisfaction, and it was unfair for me to have to feel that I needed to accept it, because they needed to close. The tenure changed, the designer continued and ultimately re-tweaked it into an arrangement that my daughter and I loved.
I will most assuredly continue to recommend Wine and Blooms. The variety of flowers and design capabilities are an absolute asset to El Paso!

I asked for Roses to be delivered before noon because my wife works half day and leaves at 1pm, Roses were delivered by 10:30am and the bouquet of roses are absolutely beautiful!! One satisfied customer that will return! Expensive but beautiful!

Almost two years later since my very first order over the phone and by far Wine & Blooms keeps blowing me away with their artistry and customer service. Now that I have had the chance to go in-person and do mobile orders, it is just amazing how both methods feel like I am hand selecting each stem and building art alongside them.
I have been in awe of their thematics and intentions behind their selection of stems, filler, and greens. On my last order which was all handled via text (yes they offer texting services!), we were able to create a Celestial Winter Wonderland with hues of burgundy and wood elements. The final creation once I approved a few stems, denied a few, and selected the vase led to by far one of my favorite creations to date.
It's so worth the investment of ordering from Wine & Blooms and you can be 1000% confident they will bring your vision to life.

First off, I am a frequent customer. I had purchased bouquets in the past and their customer service has always been superb. I had a last minute corsage and boutonnières need for my daughter’s baptismal. I came the day before to order. We looked at pictures and agreed on a style which is white flowers with purple accents. Maybe my expectation was too high bc they always deliver beautiful pieces in the past. But my 3 corsages and 2 boutonnières looked almost wilted and sparse. Granted I did say I didn’t want it too big and I want it delicate looking but it wasn’t want envisioned. And I am a little sad that they they didn’t at least send me a pic to make sure that’s what I wanted. At pick up everything was falling off and I was about to cry bc for the amount of money I paid. This was severely overpriced. Lucy recognized me as a frequent customer and was gracious at pick up and offered to redo them but my daughter’s baptismal was in less than 10 minutes, so there wasn’t any point of redoing them. The pic they have on here is not even what I ordered. We agreed on 2 flowers on the adult corsages and I only got one. Honestly I am trying my best to be understanding but I am so Very disappointed.

We chose the 2nd tier of arrangment at $120.00 for a Fall designer's choice arrangement. Upon arriving at the funeral home, our arrangement was significantly smaller than every other arrangement. I personally ordered one arrangement from a different florist for my Mom and hers,, at $75, was larger than ours. My 2 brothers and I chipped in together hoping to honor our late aunt with something truly beautiful but the end result was just average. It was pretty and well made, but it was definitely not worth $120, in my opinion.

The arrangement looked great. Issue was not “stable” with small water container used, arrangement fell apart while transporting to funeral home. Returned to shop and young lady fixed by arranging in box and placed loose flowers back in (stems about 4 inches long-didn’t reach foam). All considered, arrangement was very nice. Thank you for.

|My mother liked the arrangement, however she stepped out for a few moments to run an errand and the flowers were left in the hot sun. Why not place them in the shade? And there was shade. Luckily, my mother returned to her house 15 minutes later before the flowers wilted and brought them inside.

The flowers were nice but the delivery man left them in a corner away from the front door and NEVER even bothered to ring the bell!. I was home waiting for the delivery and the only way I found out about it was from the confirmation email I received.

I gave a vague description of what I wanted, mostly colors and a Christmas theme. I did ask for red, coined-shaped dried flowers. I think these are lunaria? Despite not giving designers a whole lot to work with, my arrangement was more than I’d hoped for: a gorgeous orchid nestled among fir needles, calla lilies of an unimaginable color between deep red and burgundy, and a perfect, and I mean perfect, red, red rose, some delightful (but unknown to me) small green berries. And, of course, the red lunaria! I was beyond happy!

Not from the Westside but I stopped to eat at Ripe and this place caught my eye walking to my car. Flowers and wine?? I had to stop by.
Customer service on point. Family owned business, gotta love it. Ended up taking 2 plants. Love the setup. You can tell that they actually care about what they do. Highly recommend. I’ll be back for some Vino

I highly recommend doing business here. I needed to buy some flowers for a funeral and they worked with me and Lonnie even went out of her way to wrap all the flowers with paper and a bow! The flowers are very fresh and beautiful.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
