I normally don't get to see the arrangements I send but I got to see this one as it arrived when I was there visiting my friend, Marianne. |I ordered AUTUMN BOUQUET WV-020. It is more beautiful to look at in person. Almost a week later and the flowers look just as they did when they arrived. I noticed that the flower arrangement was missing some pink but only because my friends favorite color is pink. I asked the team at Windsor florists if they could add some pink flowers and or roses and they did not disappoint. They added two beautiful roses that completed the look. Thank you for going above and beyond for the client. This is my kind of place and with my experience I would highly recommend and will continue to do business here. |It didn’t have the green long flowers which I felt 1. If pictured it should include & if you’re out let me know if an option to replace or add more of another flower to make up for it and 2. They gave it such a good look so bummer
And in pic I received from receiver there was only one orchid :/ same feelings from what I mentioned above
