I’ve ordered flowers from a lot of florists in the Orlando area and this place is my new favorite. They look great in the pictures but look even better in person. I also ordered last minute the morning of and they were still delivered on time.

My wife and I both agree, the flower arrangement I ordered for her birthday from WB was made of an obviously very fresh assortment of roses, carnations and sweet heart(or maybe wild cut) roses with the perfect amount of babies breath and natural foliage for the size arrangement she received, and it was beautifully executed… and it was delivered to her right on time just as I had requested.

Willow & Birch does an awesome job with the arrangements and they are always full of beautiful, fresh flowers. I used to use another on line flower delivery service but they always shipped small, skimpy bouquets that were not really fresh, so when I found this site and realized they were in my recipient's area, it was an easy decision to switch. Their prices are competitive and the flowers are much fresher. I will continue to use their services in the future!

I went to my local florist in PA, who said they didn't use FTD but I would be better off contacting a local florist in the Orlando Florida area and work with them. I went on line and checked out the reviews for all the local florists in that area of Orlando and Willow & Burch were highly rated. So I reviewed their selection of flowers on line and ordered them. Their website was easy to use and I had no problem making my payment online. I wasn't sure what to expect but THE FLOWERS WERE FRESH AND BEAUTIFULLY ARRANGED. My MIL was thrilled to get them. The best part is they were less expensive than a comparable bouquet on Proflowers and of much better quality. I won't be ordering from them anymore! So I usually would purchase flowers from another florist but decided to try out this company. My wife loves Lillies so I purchased them from Willow and Birch. When I ordered the two flowers I wanted, one of them arrived on time but the other was forgotten and had to be delivered later in the day. The flowers that had to be delivered later had the Lillies my wife wanted. These were Valentines Day flowers by the way. The second flowers with the Lillies finally arrived 5 hours later but didn’t have the Lillies. I checked the site to double check if I made the wrong purchase and the site flowers have Lilly’s in them. So today I’m going to call and complain about the second flowers which arrived 5 hours late and didn’t include the Lillies that my wife loved and wanted.

They called me and said they wouldn't be able to honor their same day delivery promise even though I had ordered in plenty of time so I cancelled my order and ordered from someplace else that I was very happy with, and it was less expensive for a comparable quality arrangement. They blamed it on their computer system, but their attitude was dismissive and my sister, the recipient, lives literally 5 mins from their store. They could've fulfilled the order if they'd cared. With small businesses shuttering due to Covid, you'd think they'd all be trying harder to show their appreciation for every customer and every dollar. Let's see if they survive. I found a different florist that delivered my sister's flowers right away, so I'll be sticking with them. Good luck, Willow and Branch!

I sent my mother flowers for Mother’s Day and the arrangement was expensive. The arrangement I chose was beautiful with only roses, my mom received an arrangement that looked absolutely nothing like the floral arrangement I chose. It definitely wasn’t worth $100, more like $20 it was just horrible first and last time I shop here.

Terrible arrangement. It was not put together with any care and they used flowers that were already starting to die. Most flowers were too new and did not open before the rest expired. The arrangement did not look anything like the one demonstrated on the site. I will never use this company in the future. They are expensive and not delivering items as described.

Fantastic experience with this florist! I live on the other side of the country but was able to make a floral selection online and they delivered an almost identical arrangement to our friends the same day!! Our friends sent us a pic of the actual delivered arrangement, and it was gorgeous!! Well done! I would use this service again in a heartbeat!

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a friend’s family in Orlando. They were delivered on the exact day I requested and the customer service was wonderful! They ran out of one of the flowers included in the bouquet I ordered and they emailed me about it immediately saying they’d make substitutions and asked if I had any special requests or specifications. The bouquet came out even more beautiful than I expected. I am so happy with it, thank you!

I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a co-worker and set the wrong delivery date. I wasn't able to update it online so I called the store. The number listed on their website was disconnected. Luckily I found the right number on Google. When I called they told me to update the order online and when I told them it wasn't giving me that option they seemed annoyed. Either way, they said they updated it and it would be delivered on the correct date. That night I got an email saying the order had been delivered, two days early, and then a second email saying to ignore that email.
On the day it was to be delivered, around 5:15pm EST - just 45 minutes before they close - I called my friends Husband to see if it had been delivered. He said no, not yet. I called the store to check on the order and again got the same annoyed attitude. I listened to two women arguing back and forth about the date of the delivery for my order - it sounded like they never updated it. When someone came back on they said "It'll be going out soon".
I am not sure exactly what time it was delivered, but I know that what I ordered an the photo my friend sent me were two completely different bouquets. What was delivered looks like it was thrown together in a matter of 15 minutes. There were big orange Daisies (daisies were not in the photo and what I ordered was all very light colored pink or white flowers),there were NO orchids and they also added carnations and a TON of baby's breath and other "filler" greeneries. My friend and I both despise baby's breath. It looked extremely cheap and the bouquet I ordered was even upgraded to "deluxe" size and cost me $65.
What was delivered was at best worth $30. I am highly disappointed as I make it a point to use local flower shops instead of online vendors like 1-800-Flowers. This was a big loss on my part and I will not use Willow & Birch again.

I have bought flowers multiple time here and I have never been disappointed! The only comment (and that probably applies to any picture you see on the web, compared to reality...) between the picture and the different upgrades (standard, deluxe and premium) are difficult to really appreciate the additional value versus whatever extra you get.
But the flowers are always beautiful, crisp fresh, they last a very long time!

I was a little bummed that the vase was not the same one that I ordered because I though the one I ordered was really neat. I believe I may have given the wrong delivery address as the school I was sending it to shares the same name as another location. The florist was really nice to go to one location and then call and ultimately take it to my girlfriend's house later the same day. I always struggle with the cost of small bouquets of flowers but getting them to someone when I can't be there is priceless. I appreciate the efforts of the florist delivery person as they went above and beyond the call of duty.

Absolutely gorgeous Mother's day flowers! I paid for the deluxe upgrade for a few extra touches and I do not regret it. When I called on Mother's day to inquire about the delivery time the hostess was very kind and looked up my order in no time. My only iff about the delivery was that it was left in front of the door. Luckily the man who delivered the flowers hadn't left yet when my mother cracked the door open or else it would have fallen on the floor! Very kind, professional, gorgeous, and wonderful service! Would definitely recommend!

I wanted to support a local business but I was disappointed....the color of the tulips was totally different and I should have been notified. And there was very little green filler plants so it looks very thin and tulips droopy. Not what I would expect for a $60.00 bouquet.

Arrangement did not look like website’s picture. It was way smaller compared to the image. Also, the notes said to please call in advance to make sure the person was home. This was not done which resulted in the flowers being left outside of the house for a couple of hours.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
