At Wild Violet Florist- we arrange and style flowers for all occasions. We bring a fresh approach to floral design allowing the flowers to do what they do best: bring beauty into our lives. We are passionate about flowers and we like to share our love of floral design with others. Whether watching as we create a custom floral bouquet for you or collaborating about flowers for your wedding or special event, we love what flowers do for people. Celebrating the earth and what comes from it is something we do with love and style. We are in between Market Basket and Anudu so stop in and see us!
Exchange Policy:
As the purchaser of items from Wild Violet Florist LLC, the purchaser agrees that:
• All sales are final.
• As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
• All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.
• It is our policy to replace the unsatisfactory item via exchange, bringing a new design and taking the old back into possession.
• As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.
• Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
• If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns.
• As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise their longevity will be compromised. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement. For the most long-lasting flowers, please change the water every two days, give the ends a fresh snip and keep the arrangement away from close proximity to heat sources.
• As all flowers are not always in season, or not in stock, Wild Violet Florist reserves the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel without prior consultation. We will do our utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised picture as possible. If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.
• If no name is specified for the “card message”, we will put the name of the sender on the card.
• Delivery times are generalized to “late morning” through “late afternoon/evening” deliveries. If you require a timed delivery, please call and speak with our designers to make those arrangements.
• It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender. We do not call ahead to ensure someone is home, as to not spoil surprises (unless weather related or specifically requested in the special instructions).
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I’m active duty Air Force. Currently stationed in Texas. My mother-in-law had a tough week. She lives in New Hampshire. Wanted to send some flowers out of respect. Ordered the flowers at about 1000L. Got a phone call about two hours later telling me how beautiful the flowers were. Not knowing anything about the company I had to trust that they provided a quality product. Turns out they do. My mother-in-law is an avid gardener and was really impressed with flowers. Thanks for the quick turn and high quality.
