Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (610) 647-9311, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (610) 647-9311 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I’m so sorry to hear the arrangement didn’t meet your expectations. We upgraded both the vase and the flowers, and in cases like this, we don’t typically check with the sender first. That said, we absolutely want you to be happy. If you’d prefer the original size and style you requested, we’d be glad to create a new arrangement and swap it out for you. |As I gave them the necessary information, I explained it was my sister's birthday on July 4th, but repeated the flowers were for an Independence Day party. I was then told the 3 red, white and blue flowers the arrangement would be made of.
At the end of the call, the final thing I said was, "Don't forget, red white and blue!" And was again told it was understood.
When the flowers arrived, I was shocked to see a picture of them. I wish I could insert this picture here. It didn't resemble anything even close to the order placed. The best way I can describe it is it looked something like an autumn display. And it included a pink rose who's petals were already curled with age.
I've waited a few days to sadly write this review because I was initially angry. Now I'm just expressing disappointment.

|It took a while to find a Flower Shop that would deliver flowers in Downingtown! But they came highly recommended by other flower shops in Phoenixville.. They were very professional and compassionate to my needs. They took my order and on the same day I got a notice from my friend whose mom had passed away how delighted she was to receive the beautiful bouquet with a sympathy card and later an email from the Flower Shop! |I asked for a large bouquet of white flowers to be send to a family member in Malvern. The flowers were perfect as was the arrangement. Arrival was right on schedule. The staff met the delivery time and both called and sent a message about the arrival. I couldn't have asked for better service. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
