Whiskey Wallflower was founded by Brittany Bombardieri, a Magnolia-based florist with a background in operations, design, and detail-driven execution. How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

|What I received was a completely different color palette with mostly bright yellow roses and red gerberas, very little eucalyptus, and none of the tone or structure of the arrangement pictured. It wasn’t a match to what I selected or discussed.

The Harvest Meadow design does include warm-toned roses, red gerberas, hydrangea, and eucalyptus, and these elements were incorporated into the arrangement. Because each arrangement is handcrafted and created using the freshest seasonal blooms available, subtle variations in shade, ratio, and structure can sometimes occur, even when following the same design inspiration.
I do appreciate your feedback and will be using it to continue refining communication and expectations for made-to-order arrangements like this. My sincere condolences to you and those impacted by your loss.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
