Westside Flowers & Gifts has an arrangement for any of your occasions. We use the freshest flowers available to us and produce the freshest arrangement for our customers. If you do not see what you are looking for on our website, please give us a call directly and we can help your vision come to shape. We also have many gift items, stuffed animals, boxed chocolates and balloons.

Michelle has been working with flowers for the past 20 years. She received her BA in Art from California State University Chico. She strives to incorporate her artistic talent into each arrangement made. Michelle and her family have owned Westside Flowers & Gifts since 2012.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (530) 527-8966, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (530) 527-8966 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The flowers did not remotely look like the picture. We are extremely disappointed in the arrangement, looked like they put leftover stuff not flowers in the arrangement. The size was off too, it was off in the measurements by approximately 5 inches tall and 6 inches wide. The only thing they got right was the balloon and delivery date. Very every disappointed. Review less than zero.

I was initially looking for an Edible Arrangements or 1-800-FLOWERS location in Red Bluff, CA but found none and after a few failed attempts at placing orders through a sketchy online delivery site, my order got canceled and I decided to instead look at local floral shops that would deliver as well. And I am SO HAPPY I found this floral shop! I am always a big advocate for shopping locally but since I do not live in CA, I did not know what it would be like going this route. But like I said, I am beyond grateful and thankful I chose Westside Flowers & Gifts! They delivered it with ease and my recipient was IN LOVE with such a simple, yet bountiful bouquet of roses! I called flower shop at 130pm and was told my mother’s birthday flowers were going out for delivery. Just left on the van.
At 615pm my mother received her flowers!! Only after I’d called and left a message at 5pm about her not getting them. Voicemail said they closed at 3pm. I never received a return call or any information on what had happened. Bet poor communication with their customers or none!

The arrangement is as requested and lovely. But, the recipient was not contacted by Westside Florist to advise the flowers were left outside the front door area. Recipient uses the garage door entrance rather than the front door so did not find the flowers until the next day. I did supply recipient's cell number when ordering the flowers.

Initially, I was disappointed that Westside did not have the pink roses I requested. However, the flowers recommended as a substitute were even prettier than I had ordered. My friend sent me a photo and said, "Holy cow! Did you buy out the shop! They are beautiful. Thank you." I agree! I do wish the arrangements were more rounded so they could be enjoyed better by all sides and not so one sided for presentation sake, but perhaps that is just the style these days. My aunt lives in Red Bluff and I wanted flowers delivered for her birthday as I live far away. I called to confirm they could deliver the next day after I put in my order and they said yes. It was very easy to place my online order and I even received an email the next morning advising that they had to substitute the sunflowers, which I was okay with. The flowers were delivered as promised and my cousin sent me a photo. They were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. My only issue was the cost of the flowers & delivery. $80 for 10 flowers and a vase- wowzers! I think $15 delivery fee was excessive as my aunt's house is literally 0.9 miles from this florist. Great customer service though!

Then ordering online was easy peasy and gave beautiful choices from which to choose. And finally, picking up my order for my perfect arrangement couldn't have been better. I was even offered a transportation box that was also made to look nice with tissue. The added extra of having the box not only was helpful to me, but the recipient of my gift. I do appreciate the quick & friendly customer service. However, I’d chosen the option I did because of the color combo. Peach is the favorite color of the person I was ordering for and was expecting the bouquet to have some peach flowers as shown online. I received a picture of what ended up being delivered from the recipient. What was delivered was a very different looking bouquet & not what I expected. I understand that there’s bound to be some variation and not always will the same flowers be available but I wish that the color combo was at least accurate from what I saw on the website. I was a little bummed about that for sure.

Everything for my order was on time and delivered to my dear friend after a death in the family. The reason for my lower review rating is that the arrangement showed up in yellow and my friend strongly dislikes yellow. The description of the arrangement does say that a similar colors could be substituted but I was hoping it would be along the same color scheme as pictured. I specifically avoided the fall arrangements to avoid yellow. I did call in and spoke with a gal at the shop and she was helpful and kind. She suggested to put a note on the order next time for any flowers or colors to avoid. If making an order you need or want specific colors be sure to note it.

The flowers were sent to my parents so I was not able to see the bouquet but my parents were very pleased.
I was a little disappointed to hear that the delivery person knocked on the door and just left the bouquet sitting on the porch. Fortunately my parents were at home but I would have thought that this would be confirmed. Red Bluff is too hot to leave a bouquet without confirmation of receipt.

It was the right Cup and the right color flowers, but it was not as elaborate as the one in the picture. The bouquet and bow wer much smaller then I had expected based on the picture that they provided.

The Service was great and the flowers were done great. The only thing I thought was that the arrangement was very small for the price you end up paying after all is said and done. Maybe it would be wise to give a average size measurement on the listing. The size of the arrangement was not very impressive looking. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
