Ordering online was so easy! You never know what will actually be received when you’re ordering from a florist in a location where you don’t live. This one definitely will be a go to should I need to send again in this area. I ordered for our daughter’s birthday. After walking in from a long day of multiple plane rides, I couldn’t believe the gorgeous arrangement she had received earlier in the day! It was as if they lit up the entire room! There was a little mixup on the delivery day. However, one call and it was quickly resolved. Believe me you want go wrong with this one!

I ordered this arrangement for a friend recovering from surgery. It arrived the day I ordered it. It was beautiful even better than the photo on the website. My friend was so happy. The flowers definitely brightened her day.

Beautiful presentation. My only wish is that the note could have been computer generated rather than hand printed. The way the review of the note was presented during checkout would been perfect. Otherwise, my wife and I are very satisfied with your flowers. Thanks

I was disappointed with my order. First of all it did not look like the picture. The red roses were the small tiny ones. The roses were old almost dieing. I seriously don't think they were worth what I paid for.

Tried calling Feb 13 and 14 to get the delivery address changed but no one ever answered.
Order arrived in expected date Tues Feb 14. The hydrangeas has already wilted and had to put thrown out.
I wanted to buy local instead of using the national florist but am disappointed with Westover Hills.

I was tired of the using the online only flower services because they did not care about how the flowers looked when delivered. Starting using Westover Hills a few years ago and the arrangements always look great when delivered. They make sure to do the best , flowers always look fresh and last a week or longer. The flowers delivered to my father for Valentines Day were on time as requested and sooo beautiful! Westover Hills florist did an excellent job and provided prompt service as promised on the confirmation email I received. This was my first time ordering online sight unseen and unknown so I had to trust the reviews online and Westover Hills was true their reputation…FANTASTIC!!! Since I couldn’t be there in person, Thank You for making my day in Dallas and my dad’s day in San Antonio ! We LOVE the flowers!

The flowers were pretty but not worth $150.00. They look like a $60.00 arrangement at best. I’m not sure if this is due to inflation or greed but the product sent to my Mother for her birthday was a plain old ripoff. Save your money and find a florist who will give you value for your price point.

Dear Ms. Carfagno, we are so sorry you feel this way, our arrangements are always filled to value and just fyi our dozen roses is $89.99 and after that we added the other value to your arrangement this simple elegant arrangement has 18 roses and 4 blooms of cymbidium orchids which we charge $9.00 a stem so your arrangement had more than 18 roses and the orchids required on the arrangement any other charges are the delivery fee and the tax. We apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding.

The floral arrangement was beautiful. The response time was amazing. I placed the order around 8:50am, the roses were delivered before 11am. I think this is great considering they did not open until 10am. I would definitely recommend this business to family and friends.

Not as shown in picture. The bouquet that was delivered was not nearly as full as shown in picture and the premium bouquet was purchased. The bouquet has a lot of green filler leaves the same amount as the flowers if not more, and they aren’t even shown in the picture. Was not happy with this set of flowers, I have purchased from other websites and received better looking bouquets and actually received what was ordered.

The picture does not do the received bouquet justice! The addition of a large red bow just enhanced the WOW factor. Westover Hills Florist is now my “go to” floral shop and if you are looking for professional service and Amazing arrangements, it should be yours as well.
