Dear Ms. Carfagno, we are so sorry you feel this way, our arrangements are always filled to value and just fyi our dozen roses is $89.99 and after that we added the other value to your arrangement this simple elegant arrangement has 18 roses and 4 blooms of cymbidium orchids which we charge $9.00 a stem so your arrangement had more than 18 roses and the orchids required on the arrangement any other charges are the delivery fee and the tax. We apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
