Honestly, for the price, the arrangement was a bit underwhelming in my opinion. My wife makes her own flower arrangements at home sometimes with flowers she buys from Trader Joe's and her arrangements are better in my opinion.

The flowers were gorgeous, of course, but the service was the most amazing part of my experience with Westmoor. When I learned my 90-year-old mother wasn't going home from the hospital the Saturday before Mother's Day as planned, and was being transferred to skilled nursing instead, I called to see if my flowers had already been delivered to her house. They had been but Vanessa (I think) offered to pick them up and redeliver them to the facility. On one of their busiest days of the year they went the extra mile to help me send my love to my mom, for which I'm very grateful. Thank you!

I have been ordering an arrangement which has to be quite large to fill the altar at Christ Church Los Altos for the past 3 years. I had previously dealt with Alicia and she created a gorgeous fan shaped arrangement with lavender, pink, purple , green colors. All for $200-250.
This year I called and ordered the same type of arrangement and a very disappointing arrangement was delivered to the Church on January 19. Small vase with a typical vertical arrangement. Had to be placed to the side as it was too small for the altar .
I was almost brought to tears as this arrangement is there to remember 4 members of my family who are in the columbarium beneath the church.
If I can I will send photos if not I will mail to you. The disappointment and high cost were heartbreaking as I have always been so pleased with your work as has been the church. At this point , I can’t imagine using your services again and will also share my experience with the Church.

Initially the arrangement looked fantastic. Unfortunately several of the flowers were dead within 3 days - the roses never opened up. By days 4 and 5 we had to remove many flowers from the arrangement. This was the first time in 30+ years that my wife complained about flowers I had sent her. I don't think the flowers that were used in our anniversary arrangement were fresh. A very expensive disappointment.

I made an error on the delivery date and the store was able to accommodate the change in date. They also delivered in time (I asked that it be delivered by 4pm). My friend sent me a nice message to tell me that the flowers were so beautiful that she brought it to the small service to serve as a centerpiece. Often times, when I order something based on pictures on the business’ website, the arrangement delivered is disappointing. I usually will not order again from that business when that happens. In this case, Westmoor did not disappoint so I was thrilled to find a reliable florist. I will definitely use Westmoor if I need deliveries near the Sunnyvale area.

Sadly I'm disappointed. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers I paid $90.00 for and they looked nothing like your online photo. It looked much smaller and totally different flowers. I was very pleased with my order. Seems like more often than not, when I order flowers they don't like nearly as nice as the pics. But the person I sent them to sent me a pic and they were SPOT ON! I had forgotten to add an apartment # too, and someone called me to confirm. She also wanted me to verify the person was home because noted that sometimes in apartment complexes if they leave flowers at the door, someone takes them. So I appreciated that! Excellent service!! Turned out that the person the flowers were for was out of office on the day I asked Westmoor to deliver the flowers. Westmoor found out when she was would be back, called me to let me know what was going on, and then delivered the flowers the morning of her return to office. When I spoke to my brother to inquire, he said they had not received. I called Westmoor and their driver IMMEDIATELY went the distance to remedy the situation. Flowers were delivered promptly and they loved them! In fact, my sister-in-law said "Major Brownie Points - We Love The Flowers!"
