Westlake Village Garden Florist
Malibu Garden Florist is a local florist specializing in unique, custom designed, fresh flower arrangements for all occasions with outstanding customer service. We serve the communities of Malibu, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Camarillo, Calabasas and Agoura Hills. We are located in Westlake Village, near the Four Seasons Westlake Village and the Westlake Village Inn. We are preferred vendors at Mastro's Ocean Club Malibu, Mastro's Thousand Oaks, The Lodge at Malibou Lakes, The Westlake Village Inn, Pepperdine University and Walnut Grove in Moorpark. We do corporate events, private events and weddings of all sizes. The owner, Chantal, has been a florist since 1993 and believes flowers are a form of communication and need to express what you want to say.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (805) 832-6607, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (805) 832-6607 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

My online experience was smooth and easy however, I called late that day asking them if they could change my name on the card. They said yes, so I gave them the spelling of the name but it didn't appear on the card. Just a minor detail but it was important enough to me to bring it up. I was trying to be somewhat anonymous but give the recipient a clue to see if she could figure out I sent them. Just a little game I was playing.

The flowers looked nice but I think “pink passion” is misleading. It’s mostly white with some very pale white/pink flowers. The photo makes it look like majority pink flowers but the color is so faint that they it’s more of a white bouquet. If I’d known that I would have gotten something different.

Been a customer for several years and have always been blown away at the quality of arrangements. This Mother’s Day, I bought an arrangement for my mom and my wife. My mom, who lives about 2 miles from us, received her arrangement around 10am and it was beautiful! My wife’s, which cost significantly more, came around 1:30pm and had wilting flowers and was missing several flower varieties that were shown in the sample pictures. It was also smaller than what was pictured and had a lack of color or texture to the arrangement. It was almost like they forgot our order and then whipped something f together with whatever was leftover. Hoping it’s better next time.

I have used Westlake Village Garden Florist, twice now to send my sister arrangements for her wedding day and Valentine’s Day. Living in Massachusetts and her being in Malibu, has not been easy, but the flowers from this shop have brightened her days and been nothing short of gorgeous! We are having a problem with imported orchids not being the best, however I spent 25 minuets on the phone with her and explain and said I replace it with another or for something of greater value. She was 100 % thankful and the next day called me with a totally different tone asking for a refund. I gave her the refund and I even offered to send something in its place, having her keep the orchid AND refund her so she could see the quality of our work. She didn't even want that. I am not in the business of having unhappy clients and would do anything to keep my clients happy. In her case, a refund and 2 free arrangements but she still posted a negative review. I waited too long. It was the night before my mom's birthday and I had only sent a card. But the site said next day delivery so I ordered and my mom was completely thrilled. She sent me a photo and it was beautiful! So happy, I'll definitely order from this store again!

The arrangement was in my daughter's word gorgeous! It was for her birthday and she used it as the center piece for her party. The staff was great. They could not get into the gated community and had to go back a second time to make the delivery. The flowers looked fresh and the arrangement looked like it did on their website. I will definitely recommend them and I will be ordering from them again!!

Chantal was extremely responsive. She called me the day of the scheduled delivery while she was at the flower market to say they were sold out of one of the featured flowers and wanted my permission to substitute it for 2 equally beautiful flowers. Shortly after that I recieved an email letting me know it was delivered.

I used Westlake Village Garden Florist to send flowers to a friend for her birthday. The web site was very easy to use, and the pictures of the arrangements were terrific. I requested an early delivery but she wasn't home in the morning. Due to the heat they called me saying they didn't want to leave them on the front porch. This was very considerate & greatly appreciated. They redelivered when she was home & she LOVED the arrangement. Thank you
