Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I don’t live in Slidell so I had to do some homework. I was impressed with their prompt service. Same day delivery, which is very nice. Sent my elderly Aunt a get well arrangement in a happy face mug, very bright & cheery! She was delighted & said she’s going to use the cup for her coffee. However, the $54.00 arrangement total after tax, delivery & tip came to $74.00. I would highly recommend this local business ---- Florist's Response: We are happy to hear that your aunt was delighted and will use her new mug! Unfortunately, we have to charge a delivery fee because of gas and maintenance costs and we have no control over the fact that St Tammany Parish charges 9.63% sales tax! WE all think that is outrageous too.

The flower arrangement was beautiful. It was delivered today n a timely manner. The was very pleased. I would business with this company again, unlike another company that begins with an "A", don't worry they are NOT located in the Louisiana area, yeah!!!!. This shop really out did it self. I don't think you will be disappointed if you ordered through here and it's local to the Slidell area, although I live in Lafayette the lives in Slidell.
