My niece thought the flowers were beautiful but the picture she sent me didn’t show a single rose and looked like many carnations were substituted which was a disappointment and should have cost way less. The final product was no where near the picture. I know it says that you have to substitute sometimes but roses to carnations is quite a drop. I hope you will consider my criticism constructive and do better next time. Blessings, Pam Oldham.
As a follow-up to my review, I am overwhelmed by the response I got from Lora at Watering Can. I received the most gracious phone call and offer to redo the arrangement. I have a better understanding of the situation and I would like to withdraw my first rating. I am so sorry that I posted it in the first place. I live in a different state than the floral arrangement was delivered. I have no way of reviewing it, as I'll never know what it actually looked like. I won't even know if it was really received unless I get a thank you from the family. Maybe you could start emailing a photo of the arrangement as you put it in place at the funeral home?

I have not heard anything but great things about the water can. I paid extra to make it fuller and I was very disappointed. The arrangement seemed rushed and there was not very many blooms. I was very disappointed and probably will be looking elsewhere next time.

The Watering Can crew hit it out of the park once again on their 'summertime' flower arrangement. Loaded with yellows and oranges, and pinks and greens, it is exactly the kind of surprise my wife really loves. These folks are the real deal!

The flowers were not delivered on the correct date, even though I received an email indicating that the flowers HAD been delivered. I found out the next day that the flowers hadn’t been received. However, after I called the shop, the flowers WERE delivered and were very nice.

I can always depend on Watering Can Floral to deliver beautiful flower arrangements, and my request for something very special for Christmas was truly met. The colors of the season, various flowers of reds and whites surrounded with unnamed greenery and the occasional bow--spectacular is how my wife described it. These folks are the very best.
We're celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary, and I requested a very special flower arrangement that included fall colors with flowers that last. Once again Watering Can came through with orange roses and sunflowers, interlaced with various other flowers and greenery that created the perfect bouquet. They are our go-to flower folks every time.

It wasn't exactly as pictured, but I guess some of the flowers were out of season. That said, both me and my coworker were happy that our supervisor/recruiter loved the bouquet and the chocolates. It made her Monday.

One of the most beautiful and original flower (and rabbit) arrangements was delivered to my wife for Easter. Watering Can has always exceeded, but this time they surrounded a life-size bunny with the best of colorful flowers and greenery. Wife was happily surprised once again!
