Staff was incredibly professional and friendly.. Sent my sweetheart a bouquet as we aren’t living in the same city and flowers are a wonderful to show you care.. the delivery was prompt the flowers beautiful and the shop was a dream to deal with. If you need to send some flowers in Newark ( where I did ) or elsewhere where they operate I can’t say enough good things! They even called as I’m sort of a particular fellow and just wanted to make sure it was great as she’s important to me which they did! Stellar performance all! Thanks again! I ordered the flowers for my wife on February 5, 2024 to be delivered on February 14, 2024, my wife contacted me and stated the flowers that was sent to her wasn’t good so I contacted Washington florist and talk to the manager who keep stating she was busy with orders instead of resolving the problem, so then when I finally got in contact with her the next day she stated to send her pictures of the Bouquet of flowers. I sent her the pictures thru email she gave me, when I called to see if she receive the pictures once again I felt she was giving excuses so I cut ties and will never place another order from Washington florist.

I purchased these for my sisters. They were delivered in a short vase which meant the longer flowers were not part of the arrangement. I wanted the tall vase with a taller arrangement. I was never called to approve the substitution. I did not like the substitution at all. When I called I was told they have the right to substitute. I understand substitution of flowers but why did you not use my number to call when you substituted the vase and sent me short flowers instead of tall elegant flowers. Not satisfied at all.

I really wanted to give 5 stars because te service was great, the women in the office were fantastic, friendly and very accommodating. The person I was sending flowers to was not at work when they delivered, they then delivered to the home which I appreciated very much. The problem is the arrangement thwu received looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. What I ordered had pinks and reds and purples and lilac colors..(for a reason).. they sent yellow and orange.. i was disappointed in that.. but I would try them maybe one more time as I was impressed by the service and the arrangement was still beautiful btw.. just not what I ordered.

we reviewed the designers description and it was designed according to the recipe- red roses, red carnations, pink carnations, red mini- carnations, pink mini- carnations and leather leaf ferns were used as the greens filler( in the picture green rhamus was used but not available at this time)so yes it does give a little different look.
Also all the flowers were fresh not full bloomed( the roses sent were actually tighter than the ones in the picture- )

We received his order on Valentine's morning- we were out of lavender roses in a short glass cube( his first choice)& we filled his order with his second choice ( designers choice) with an upgrade to magnificent orchids in a tall glass cylinder. The arrangement that was delivered was definitely taller and larger than his first choice. Orchids represent love, luxury, and beauty- all qualities for a perfect Valentine gift.

The flowers were beautiful, very close to what was pictured. The vase was underwhelming and nothing like this beauty in the picture (not even close). The delivery driver was aggressive about conveying that he couldn't leave the flowers at the security desk. So glad that we didn't give him the recipients number, it would have ruined the surprise of getting flowers. Delivery driver can use some customer service training.... Otherwise beautiful flowers.

Very disappointed with the final product delivered. I called and was told that the designers all make the arrangements differently, which I understand but they could’ve put in some effort to deliver what they’re advertising. Great price but would rather spend more money elsewhere for a prettier arrangement, or at least one that looks like what they say they’re going to make. Would’ve happily kept ordering from here if they at least tried to rectify the problem but no effort was made.

The bouquet was delivered to expectations and my recipient loved it, although the flowers do not have the colours exactly as pictured. The lilies were yellow, there were no smaller blue flowers and the hydrangea was more of a washed out light blue. I picked the original bouquet because of the colour scheme from the photo so I was a bit disappointed about that but the bouquet did end up being well received, just a personal taste thing.

I was disappointed. The spray I got was more like the $99.00 one versus the one I selected and paid $158.00 for. I think it was because I ordered it from out of town. You were recommended highly but I was not satisfied. My relatives sent me a picture of the one you delivered and you should offer me some of my money back since you were not able to give me what I paid for.

Convenient but poor value. The bouquet had a passing resemblance to the photo. I understand that the local florist has the option to substitute with similar flowers on hand but when the actual bouquet has baby's breath, carnations and green foliage as filler, you're just being cheap. And what I paid for the bouquet was not cheap. Disappointing.

They went out of their way to have these flowers delivered. When i ordered them and provided address where to deliver them i had no idea my wife's office will close earlier. The delivery person called me and told me they can not deliver because the office is closed and asked me what i want to do. I asked to the flowers be brought back to the flower shop and the owner called me and even offer driveling them after she closes her shop. I purchased these flowers for my friend's mother's funeral. The listing for the flowers said they were available for next day delivery. I bought the flowers in the evening the day before her mother's funeral and made sure to write specific instructions for delivery to the funeral home the following morning. Unfortunately I received an email from the florist that the flowers were delivered that same evening. I have no idea why this happened. I was unable to determine from the funeral home if my flowers were delivered to the family the day of the service and felt it was inappropriate to ask my grieving friend if she received my gesture of condolence. I do not know if they got lost in the shuffle or if they ever made it to their destination. I will never use this florist again.

From the start, there were problems with my order. First, when I called they told me my order was out for delivery. When my order was not delivered at the specified time, I called back and someone told me that they didn't have an order for me. Finally they found my ordet and apparently did a rush job. When the order reached its destination, not only did it not look like what I ordered, the balloon was busted. My order was supposed to have red roses and pink tulips ( no pink tulips). However, they did return later with a balloon.
