Even with me ordering a flower arrangement LAST MINUTE for my mom’s birthday. I mean I placed the order literally at 9:30 pm the night before, and they delivered the next morning at 10:30 (which was earlier than the time I asked)! I will definitely be ordering again. My Mom loved the arrangement!!!

Online ordering was easy. Ordered for pickup but didn’t get a call when it was ready. I called 3 times and emailed back and there was no response. I finally got a call minutes before they closed and they were available for me to pick up after hours. I didn’t go to 3 stars because the arrangement was beautiful. However, it was way smaller than expected. Would order again to support a small business and when there was communication, the staff was friendly.

While my mother appreciated the thought behind the delivery, they did mention that UPON arrival the daisies and roses were already wilted and didn't last long after the delivery. An arrangement should last at least a week if not longer before it begins to wilt. It is very discouraging to hear that they were already wilted before they even made it to my recovering mother.

I highly recommend this business! The arrangement they put together and delivered was beautiful. Many times the floral you see online doesn't match what the receipant receives but not in this case. I also liked that they sent a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery. I will definitely use them again and tell my friends and family to use them too!

This is the second time we've purchased a casket spray from them and it was absolutely beautiful! We ordered a custom spray that resembled the Shane of their Golden Spray but substituted the yellow flowers with my grandma's favorite red roses and some other flowers as an accent. It was gorgeous and I know my grandma would've LOVED it!

I gave them the wrong delivery address and they called to let me know and then they still made the delivery the same day and they didn't charge any extra for my mistake even after I offered to pay for my mistake. Ordered from out of state so I was a bit hesitant about my order because I had ordered in the past from another company and was very disappointed. Let me just say WOW, I will be ordering from this company again! More than I was expecting from the picture and it was just beautiful!! I ordered the red roses bouquet (the medium size, can’t remember what it was called exactly) and it came with half a dozen roses, some greenery, and a vase with a big red bow. We found this business last minute as we found out about our initial florists' bad reviews but we are so glad we stumbled upon this place! Our funeral was going to be held early morning so they delivered our sprays the day before and despite being a day old, the sprays were not only vibrant, but fresh and beautiful! They look just like the pictures. We also ordered a banner to put on this standing spray and it came out great! We were a but nervous about the banner in particular as it was in a different language but everything was correct and just great! The letters were in a light pink and matched the spray which was a nice touch. Customer service was also so kind and patient with all of our questions! We cannot stop gushing about this business! Funerals are stressful as is but they lifted such a heavy load off our shoulders!

Flowers were left at the door. Occupant (workds from home) was not notified by the ringing of the doorbell or knocking on the door therefore the flowers set outside for 7 hours before I called to see if they had received a delivery. The flowers were dry and drooping when they brought them in. I called the next morning to say what had happened and was told the driver said they always ring the doorbell and knock on the door. Suggestion: Why can't you ring the doorbell, step back and wait to see if someone comes to the door? Even in COVID that is not too much to ask since flowers are expensive already. Just a thought.

I was so disappointed with the arrangement I ordered for my mother’s birthday. First, I received a call that you would have to substitute the flowers shown in the picture. I understand these things happen so I kept the order. The flowers were delivered on a Thursday evening, close to 6pm. I presented them to my mother Friday; she absolutely loved them. By Saturday the roses were literally leaning forward drooping. I sent images to your establishment and you offered me a 50% refund. I personally thought this warranted a redo of the arrangement. While I appreciate the offer of a partial refund, the money wasn’t the issue my mom loves flowers & I wanted the moment to be special. I’ve never had an arrangement last 2 days, completely unacceptable.

The birthday person said that the flowers were very pretty, however, when you fill out the gift message online, it appears that the message arrives in a pretty computer-generated font. Our message was in handwriting, ur, not the best?, and the givers names were not at the bottom. The giftee had to guess who they were from.

The roses in the arrangement were beautiful but the greenery and baby's breath were pretty much dead on arrival. The greenery barely lasted a day and was hard and dry soon after. Considering what I paid for the arrangement, I expected the entire order to last longer. I will definitely think twice about ordering again from Vivid.

These flowers were big and beautiful! I did do a delux upgrade, so they were (hopefully) bigger than the original bouguet. The flowers looked perfect and they were in full bloom! They were delivered already arranged, not in a box like some other companies. Ick.

I don't appreciate my flowers delivered on the front porch. If I would have never asked if they received them.. the flowers would have stayed out all day and night. I also received an email notification that said they were hand delivered when they were not. So my nice arrangement sat out in the hot sun for hours until I had to ask if she received her surprise.. wasn't much of a surprise anymore

Very nice flowers....however I don't think I would ever pay this shop the extra $20.00 to have the Premium package again. I think they should just offer a great bouquet for one price instead of "getting" people by having them pay way more for just a few more flowers. I learned my lesson.

It was difficult to communicate and there website was very complicated. So i got frusterated and searched somewhere else. I saw that Vivid Flowers look like a nice place to try to purchase them at. Everything from my phone call... to using the webpage, to placing the order, was so easy!! Vivid even offered balloons, which the other store did not. Vivids delivery was lower in price, compared to the other. Vivid made me feel safe that they would be delivered early on the date i need them. I will be ordering through vivid from now on. Awesome job guys!

Ordered these for my mother on a Tuesday and they were delivered the same day. I am very disappointed. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the picture. All of the red and orange flowers were dried up. All of the flowers had been cut evenly so there was no fullness towards the bottom. One side had been cut higher than the other and the piece was slanted/crooked. Needless to say I will not be using Vivid Flowers again. Not worth my money. I would rather use a more expensive place and get what I pay for than have an office full of people watching dried crooked flowers be delivered.

In terms of delivering on time they did. My note was incomplete, name was cut off, so my grandmother had no idea who gave her the flowers. The arrangement was mediocre it looked like flowers were all cut to the same length and placed in a vase. Imagine a customer buying flowers from the local grocery store and putting them in a vase at home without making an arrangement. That's exactly what it looked like. No bow on the vase. I'm not pleased at all. Will not use them again. Don't waste your time "pretty please".
