I ordered from this company for many years they used to have a shop in Blue Springs it went through and then I recieved a call about two hours after I ordered saying that they don't deliver to my area I will never use them again.
I had this arrangement sent to a friend her last week at work before she went on deployment. It was beautiful, and she loved it. Thank you!

I had ordered the highest price point (premium) designer’s choice that was available on the website, but the arrangement I got was smaller and with lower quality flower selections than I had received in the past. Also, the guy in front of me in the checkout line had a beautiful / larger arrangement at the same relative price, so I just felt like I got ripped off this time.

I ordered flowers online 5/9. Occasion, my first grand baby and son's first child. I asked for a custom arrangement, blue hydrangeas, and other blue white flowers. Additional purchase of a balloon to say "congratulations". Delivery for same day.
I didn't receive a confirmation or any reply to indicate that anything was not available or possible. The flower shop is literally blocks from my kid's home.
5/10, went to see my kids and new baby, the flowers had just been delivered. There wasn't a blue hydrangea anywhere and all the flowers were pink, white, no blue.
Balloon said, "Happy Mother's Day".
Order was wrong, late, and message inaccurate.
To say they didn't meet my expectations is an understatement.

flowers that were delivered looked nowhere near as nice as the photo. I realize that's likely going to be the case, but i paid for the bouquet that was more expensive than even pictured. When I reached out to the florist, they asked for a picture of the flowers. I sent it and they never responded.

The arrangement was not delivered. I was unaware my sister’s doorbell didn’t work, so he or she didn’t leave the arrangement So when you try again today, please knock on the door fairly loudly

Village flower company went above and beyond for myself and a friend. On a day when they weren’t doing deliveries because of KCs biggest snow in 100 years they saw my note and need for a same day delivery for something very special and made it happen. I cannot recommend them and their personalized service enough and customer care for special circumstances.
The arrangement was nice, however they delivered this a day late…. It was a gift for an anniversary to let my parents know I was thinking of them and the delayed delivery made it seem like an afterthought.

The “designers choice” bouquet was quite a let down. It included nine blooms, no buds or filler. The recipient sent me a picture in thanks. The presentation is terrible bc it looks like a mostly empty vase. Like only half of the arrangement was done. I’ve never had an experience like this. I’ve ordered from florists all over the country. This bouquet was shameful and honestly embarrassing

I have ordered from the Village Flower Company for years and it always was ann excellent experience. This order for Mother’s Day was disappointing. I did not receive the usual confirmation email my order was received. I was concerned and called the next day when the order was to take place. I was placed on hold for a lengthy amount of time and was told it was received and would be delivered on time. The flowers came a day late.
Stunning flower arrangement! I keep coming back because you never disappoint. The flower arrangements always come as shown, even with out of state deliveries.
The Centerpiece was for a dinner party 10 and was the hit of the evening. Everyone commented on its beautiful combination of flowers.
While the bouquet that was delivered used similar flowers to the picture online, it really didn’t look like what was represented due to the different vase and how the flowers were actually arranged. I’d say the actual arrangement was just sort of “meh” compared to the image I loved online. I think they do their best, but it definitely depends on who is doing the arrangement and the vases they have in stock - so just be aware what you receive may not look like what is pictured online.

I actually sent two arrangements of Designer's choice. The flowers to Phoenix were very colorful, fresh and lovely - like the picture. The arrangement delivered here in Prairie Village was also fresh and lovely,but was very bland in colors. I was disappointed that it wasn't more cheerful with color, but the receiver loved them

Requested delivery on Thursday for a Friday funeral. We arrive to the funeral on Friday and no peace lily. I called the store after the funeral and the response was that it was delivered Friday morning at 8:45 for the 10:00 service. Village Flower said it was the fault of the church for not getting the plant taken to the chapel...but it was delivered a day late. I ordered it to be delivered on Thursday to avoid any type of delay. The funeral was for my husbands sister and it was very important this was at the church so his mom could take it home as a memory. It was located that afternoon...all leaves and no blooms. The church was busy preparing for the large service so the delivery was not noticed so close to the funeral, which is why it was scheduled for the prior day, to avoid all concerns like this. Flower company still blamed the church.

Specifically requested daisies and sunflowers very simple arrangement. Hideous coral roses, hydrangeas, snap dragons, alstroemeria and maybe a gerbera. The color combination and composition were grocery store grade. It looked as though an existing bundle had a gerbera stuck into it. The vase is nice. Really disappointed in a $75 bouquet. Don’t provide space for requesting specifics if you won’t follow them.

Received a photo of the flowers delivered by the recipient on 1/23/21 and they were gorgeous. I forgot her birthday until about noon and they provided same day service which was fabulous. I do not buy flowers that often, but when I do I always use Village Flower Company.

Cancelled order with floral shop that Village Flower uses in Topeka, where the flowers were to be delivered. Did not like the look of the arrangement; was spending $100 and it did not look like what I thought a $100 arrangement should look like.
Had to have several conversations with the female owner trying to get a pic of the arrangement before it was ordered.
Cancelled with Topeka Floral shop and asked if I also needed to cancel with Village and they said yes. Lm first thing yesterday that I needed to cancel and to please call me back. Again, never heard back.
I started using Village simply because they are right next to the Einstein Bagels that I go to. And I found out they are fellow K-Stater’s!
However, they do not have good customer service skills. Female owner was rather almost combative-like with me, instead of appreciating the fact that I was spending $100 with them!!
Will never use again, too many other options that would welcome a purchase from me!

I ordered bouquets for my wife and mother for Mother's Day. Both arrived fresh, on time, and looking great. The bouquet with the peonies was especially impressive. Both recipients were very pleased. I'll be using Village Flower again for sure.

I placed an order for same day delivery and the flowers were hand delivered quickly. My sister also thought the flowers (Pure Elegance) were beautiful and high quality. I would highly recommend Village Flower Company and will be using them again in the future.
The arrangement looked very light- had only 10 flowers. Disappointed since it cost over $70.00. I would have not had selected Designer's Choice if this is what the designer come up with.

When ordering flowers out of state and online can be challenging to get it right. This florist is AWESOME. Inspite of the address being transposed incorrectly online at (2:00am) and requested delivery outside of the normal delivery window.
Village Flower Company corrected the address and provided after hour delivery on-time for my special friend. Thank you for making her birthday special! She was extremely HAPPY.

I love ordering from Village Flower Company. I live in New York and have been getting my mom (who still lives in Prairie Village) flowers for every birthday and mothers day from village flower for years. This mother's day they called to say they could deliver the flowers I ordered an entire day before expected, and even changed the card for me to reflect the earlier delivery date. I placed the order on line for same day delivery for the Bold and Beautiful arrangement. Shortly after the order was placed, I received a phone call stating they were out of Gerbera Daisies, but after a couple of minutes on the phone a subsitute flower was agreed on and the order was on it’s way. I loved that they took the time to call me and that they didn’t just substitute the flowers. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends!
The plant was lovely and delivered on time as promised. There was a tiny mix up on adding fresh flowers, but overall very happy.
