Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The flowers I recently had delivered were beautiful. The website didn't offer delivery the same day so I called to ask if this was possible. They had all the flowers needed for my chosen bouquet and delivered them within a couple hours of my order. They sent me a picture of the bouquet they prepared and let me know when they had been delivered. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them!

Village Florist offered me THE BEST customer service on my recent online order. Living in Florida, I trusted them to make a special arrangement to offer our sympathies to my sister & her husband on the death of his mother. There was a clerical error made, somewhere along the way, but with one phone call they apologized and corrected the error immediately. My family in California was brought to tears when the arrangement was delivered. It really is stunning. Thank you, Village Florist! I'll use you again under happier circumstances, surely.
