You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (703) 242-6607, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

Ordered 2 arrangements -both were gorgeous and fresh-a week later 1 recipient reporting flowers still bright and beautiful. The only complaint is that there was a substitute made for bright Daisy's in the arrangement I ordered-replaced with pale pink carnations. I understand flower availability/substitutions etc but it just didnt seem to fit the very bright and vibrant arrangement I ordered. I will order from them again because they really do a good job and their flowers are excellent quality-just wish for the pricing for a highest deluxe arrangement they notify/advise/collaborate or make as close a substitution as possible-just appeared to use the least expensive filler. Still pretty just different from what was expected.

I requested that her favorite flowers be included, and the florist called me on the day he was arranging it and explained he planned to make a substitution (orange tulips instead of red) b/c the red tulips did not look good. I appreciated that he made that phone call and let me know. My friend was so, so happy with how it turned out. She took a picture of the arrangement, and it looked beautiful. They did a great job!

The flowers were a Christmas gift to my son and his wife and newborn baby. When the flowers were delivered, no one a sword the door. The delivery man called me to find out when they would be home to receive the flowers. I advised him and he returned to make the delivery.

I have not seen the orchid that was delivered, but I'm told it's lovely. The delivery service was exceptional! When the recipient was not at home and not available by phone, Carlos reached out to me because he did not want the orchid sitting out in the warm weather. Vienna Florist never disappoints. The arrangement they made for my daughter's birthday were beautiful. I especially greatly appreciated the person who delivered the flowers. No one was home to get the flowers. He called me and said he wasn't going to leave the flowers outside due to the very high temperature. He would come back when someone was home. Disappointing is the best description. I asked for Irish colors - it was green & white - no orange to make it pop. I thought there would be a green, white and orange bow. For those who don't already know, for best results on your big events in life, ALWAYS deal directly with a local florist. I personally had several very negative experiences last year with one of the "big box" internet florists (who shall remain nameless) where my arrangements were never delivered and there was zero accountability after my money was taken. The life lesson here was that there are still scenarios where "person to person" transactions are still the best way to go. With respect to floral arrangements, that personal touch is very much worth the fractional amounts you might save going with an impersonal internet flower service and at the end of the day, you are supporting local business owners. From taking the order and then dealing with Carlos the delivery person. He was amazing. He called me in CT because he was worried about the flowers. When he went to deliver no one was home and he did not want them to freeze. He sends me a pic of where he put them. I asked Carlos can you put them in the back yard, and he said sure, and he put on the back deck, but he was still worried they would freeze. I asked him if he could wait a few minutes while I tried to find someone and without hesitation he did. I found my nephew who came to the house to get the flowers immediately. I called Carlos back and told him leave them. I thanked him for using his head and for the great patience he had. What a great Employee. The plants looked vibrant and beautiful, but I was disappointed there was no bloom on the peace lily plant. In addition there was no protective covering around the arrangement. I was truly shocked. Every floral delivery I have ever received had a box around the bottom and some wrapping to protect the plant, and it should be no different from an order that is picked up.

The arrangement was beautiful. Flower selection was perfect. The only mix up was the flowers were never taken into the Church. The delivery man gave them to one of the individuals driving the hearse. He put them inside the front of the Church on a table not at the alter by the coffin.

Adan listened to my ideas of what I wanted and helped me settle on a "natural looking and organic" arrangement for a young girl turning 16. Also I could not type in the State of Victoria where Melbourne is as in the online screen, the States in USA is available as a drop-down list selection.
To cut the story short, I ending up ringing Sue early at 4:00am in Melbourne and she was most pleasant and help me placed my order over the phone.
She sent me an email with a photo of the beautiful flowers that she sent to my friends.
Her son, Jon texted me back on her mum's WhatsApp in less than 2.5 hours which was really fast service.

I did my order the night before online but it happened that they were out of that color of orchids as shown in the picture. I can’t recommend Vienna Florist enough. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but the Customer Service was beyond the 5 star review I could give. The recipient wasn’t home for delivery so the florist was concerned the flowers wouldn’t remain fresh. They kept checking in to see when they would be home and out of concern even went back to make sure there was enough water in the vase in case it took too long.

Vienna Florist was extraordinary in every way. First of all, the florist who answered the phone was very accommodating and made sure the flowers were delivered the same day to make sure our sister, who had been in an accident, received them before she went in for surgery. I called from California, which meant I was asking them to supercede the time zone difference to help us get these to her on time. Very helpful person on phone call with my order. Carefully took down my information and sent me a confirmation e-mail while I was still on the phone to be sure it was all correct. Flowers arrived by noon the next day and again an e-mail was sent confirming delivery. I didn't see the flowers, but got a 'thank you' text right away from the recipient. The flowers were delivered right on time. The recipient was not at home at the time of delivery so the person delivering tried to contact her and left her a message (in Spanish - the recipient speaks Spanish so I really appreciated that). In the interim, she contacted me, and we agreed on a safe place to leave the delivery. I did manage to get in contact with the recipient, and she did get home to find her flowers. I’m writing a review because I think these guys did a wonderful job. I’m hard to please, I work in the industry and often send flowers to friends around the country. I hate ordering your typical 1800 and telaflora bs. When in doubt I always leave it up to the designer. They know what looks best in their shop and will put something together that’s fun and different from their day to day. That’s exactly what these ladies did! Beautiful work and quick delivery. Very impressed, I’ll absolutely use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with ordering flowers from Vienna Florist. It was a difficult time, because we were all mourning the loss of a beloved relative. Adan was very kind and helpful; he spent a lot of time talking to me about the arrangement and was careful that all the details were done correctly. We ordered a ficus as a gift and wanted a “local” florist to ensure prompt, safe, temperature controlled delivery. After placing the gift order, we learned the recipient had just received a ficus. We immediately called Vienna Florist to change our order. Even though it was the day of delivery, our order was adjusted to have a different large plant.
