Victoria Park Flower Studio

My girlfriend was VERY happy with her sunflowers, she even loved the bubble bowl. Even though we are hours apart it’s nice to be able to rely on a friendly locally owned business to deliver her flowers with no absolutely no hassle. Will use again!

The delivery was fast and got an email confirming which was lovely. The flowers that arrived, not so much. I was embarrassed when I got a picture of what showed up. I choose based on the fact that it stated arrangement would look like picture shown. It was nothing like the picture. No artistic care. Small. Not full. It was for a client, so was rather embarrassing to say the least. What I paid vs what I got wasn't worth it.

I was very pleased with how the flowers turned out. We live out of state and always worry what the flower arrangement may look like when it shows up, but this was beautiful! The recipient was very happy with the flowers.

Hi, the hydrangeas were beautiful, but unfortunately the 5 roses that came in the arrangement died the next day…

Also, the vase that was sent was not the small one that was pictured. Part of the reason why I went with this arrangement was because of the smaller vase. Not sure if there’s a disclosure online that I missed, that vases are subject to change. But, it would be appreciated if I was notified or sent a photo of the actual arrangement prior to its delivery.

I’m not one to give negative feedback, but I just wanted to make your shop aware…

We appreciate your feedback Rosario. Our team wants to know when a design doesn't exceed expectations. When it comes to the roses, we send our sincerest apology that they did not perform well. We can credit the cost of the roses to your in store account. When it comes to the vase that is a design choice. They sometimes have to substitute glassware if it is out of stock or if the cost of the vase will take from the amount of flowers that would go into the design. We do have a disclaimer that advises of such substitutions and yet, we can also make an effort to call you and let you know when such a change is made. We understand that by letting you know at least there will be no surprise when the arrangement is received. Thank you for your feedback and we hope we can make this right. Feel free to give us a call.

After researching the situation, we found that the delivery address is a secure building and we
didn't have an access code. When the driver tried calling, no-one picked up. When you and I spoke on the phone later the next morning, you said you'd be at the delivery address shortly, and within approximately 90 minutes the flowers were in your hands. We apologize for the inconvenience, but without an access code, we are unable to enter the property.
I do hope you'll take a minute to review and (hopefully) revise your 1 star rating in light of the information provided

Our sincerest apology the flowers did not make it in time for the recipient. Our delivery team is known for going above and beyond to get arrangements delivered on time. Sorry we dropped the ball and we hope you will allow us to make it up to you.

The flowers are not fully developed and the are not worth the price this is my 3rd purchase with the flower shop and 2 bad experience. I tried to give them another chance but let down again. Plus my greeting card was blank they left out my message that I wrote to my girl friend for valentines day...... total disaster and the delivery was at 5pm at the end of the day soo she almost did not receive her flowers before she left work..... totally not worth the 85.79

I paid for the flowers to be delivered between 9:00am and 11:00am and they were delivered late. When I called to talk to a manager the phone went to voicemail, I called 10 times and no one picked up the phone. I will not order anything from this company again.

I do apologize if there was a miscommunication about how the message would be delivered. We do not use envelops because we strive to make our carbon imprint as small as possible. Which is why we use recycled specialty paper that folds in a way as to protect the privacy of the message. Our delivery team also adds a little green bow tie to every card just so the message has an additional bit of protection. It truly was not anyone's intention for the card message to be exposed and we take every precaution to make sure every card is delivered with the highest bit of security.

If you’re looking for a florist with a personal touch, look no further. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful!

I’m very disappointed in the quality of the bouquet that was sent. It looked nothing like the picture. The picture shows a purple vase and it came with a clear one. The flowers are supposed to be full and beautiful and they weren’t. I always order from you and they usually always come out perfect except this time. I paid a lot of money and am very unhappy with the results. I either want a refund or another bouquet the way it is supposed to be.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful - however so so much smaller than anticipated which means it was very expensive for what it was !

The flowers are beautiful - not exactly as pictured but very pretty. I ordered them for pick up but they weren’t ready when I went to the store a couple of hours after the designated time so they were delivered free of charge. John, the delivery driver, was super conscious and friendly.

I was not impressed at all.
First off, these flowers are nothing like the picture.
Second, I paid EXTRA to have the flowers delivered between 9am and 11am… the flowers came at 12pm!!!! So what’s the point on paying extra for that if they don’t even come on time??
Third, I got 2 of the same flowers on the same invoice, and paid for delivery and everything, and they came at two separate times!!!!????? One came at 12pm and the other flowers came at 2pm …

I was very disappointed with everything and I paid wayyyy too much for what I got.

Will not be ordering from here again.

If this photo was representative of ANYTHING that was delivered I would give at least 3 stars.

The "arrangement" was wrapped in plastic to "protect it" during transport. BUT. when it arrived, it looked like a bouquet of flowers you bought at Walmart, just stuck in a vase of dirty ass water.

There was no ARRANGING of flowers. That was the biggest let down.

Once you tore away the plastic wrap. It was all the same size. Nothing was cut or arranged so I really am curious why I spent $120 on these when I could have just gotten the same quality from Walmart or Walgreens or Winn Dixie or any other po-dunk, lame ass grocery store.

When I purchased this bouquet half of the reason I picked this particular one was due to the fact that the description said it came with a dazzling silver reflection vase. However upon arrival it was just a regular glass vase. The flowers of course are beautiful and the arrangement was nice. But I was expecting a special vase to make it all the more amazing. Was disappointed.

Most people may think twice before ordering flowers online, as they can’t physically see what they’ve paying for. However, that wasn’t the. Case with Victoria Park Flowers. I got exactly what I paid for. But there’s more…
I had the most amazing customer service experience with my order, that I would recommend this business to anyone. I made a mistake by transposing my phn # on the order. The flowers were to be delivered to my cousin at his hotel, on the morning of his uncle’s funeral. However I didn’t include his room # on the order, and the room wasn’t in his name. And since I messed up my cell # they were unable to reach me by phone. They did send an e-mail that I saw 1 hour after the delivery time. Called my cousin who by now was in full panic mode. But Keith was amazing and assured me he would sort it out. He was patient in letting me connect my cousin on the phone so he could give him the address for the funeral chapel, he then called his driver and have him reroute to the chapel as my cousin had already left the hotel. Not only did the flowers got to the funeral on time, Keith called me back as he promised to advise that the flowers were delivered. Now, if that’s now Platinum service, I don’t know what it.

I had an important but same-day delivery I needed for a very special someone and the VP Flower Studio came through like superstars in every way. My friend called that afternoon in tears over the beautiful, lush arrangement she had received. The flowers arrived at the time requested, they were gorgeous (she sent me a pic) and ordering was easy online. I had to call the shop to correct a detail and the woman there was friendly, warm and on top of everything. 10 stars out of five! Trust your best feelings and best people to VP Flower Studio!

I love the arrangement but I was really sad that the delivery the day was a day before of the delivery date , the ballon it was kind of empty and the persone that made the delivery ask the recipient first if she was the persone that was going to receive the arrangement when it was a surprise.

Ordered online to have delivered and everything a out the process was super simple and user friendly. Everything that was stated on the site was accurate and the flowers were delivered on the day of and at a reasonable hour. They also made sure to follow the special delivery instructions to make sure there were not any issues delivering the flowers. The bouquet itself was also very nice and received
many compliments. A great value for the ease of preserving to the actual product delivered.

The person for whom the flowers were intended wasn't there, and the Studio kindly called the apartment next door (where I had sent flowers that were successfully delivered). So that person was able to custodiate the flowers until the next day, when the person for whom the flowers were intended returns.

Very nice arrangement, but the flowers arrived in a vase with cloudy water, which was surprising. Also, the flowers were rather droopy the first day.
This was surprising as we only live five blocks from your shop. They perked up the second day after we changed the water and added a couple of drops of fertilizer!

I got these delivered for my grandmothers 90th birthday. She told me that she got so many flowers that it looked like she was having her funeral, but that these were her favorites out of all of them because they were so cute and different. She loves that they’re in a little cigar box and so bright and colorful.

I have had the pleasure of ordering from this establishment dozens of times over several years. 75% of the time, there are no issues with my order, processing, or delivery; however, the last two times speak differently.

Specifically to this order, I did NOT have a good experience and it has troubled me into thinking if I need to re-evaluate where I order my arrangements. I scheduled a delivery for 5/13. I went about my day and realized that around 3:30 PM, I hadn't received the flowers nor a call about the delivery. Seeing that they closed within the next 2 hours, I was getting nervous - especially since it was for my anniversary.

After some patience in waiting for the benefit-of-the-doubt, I checked my email and came across a 'failed delivery email where the delivery note mentioned: "Recipient not available." Now... I live in a protected apartment building with a call box on the front door that directly goes to my phone AND I didn't have any missed calls. So, I called Victoria Park and after three times got through to someone. After explaining the aforementioned conflict... very defensively they responded saying that I must not have answered the phone (even though I had just explained which means they weren't listening).

I was then put on hold but was told the manager was 'out on a walk' at 4 PM and they would call me back. So, I waited... and waited.. and waited. Finally, at 4:45 I, MYSELF, called them back to get an update and they pontificated how maybe the deliveryman mis-entered my phone number, etc. But at the end of the day, the call box was never rung. Instead of owning up to mistakes, I just heard excuses, to be frank. They then mentioned that my order was BEING WORKED ON and that it will be given to deliver by the close of business.

Finally, I received the flowers after having to go step by step on how to get to my apartment. I was on the receiving end of a frustrated and confused driver it seems. If I could place my best bet, it seems like somebody just didn't want to deliver earlier in the day.

It's unfortunate to have to write this, as again, this establishment USUALLY does great business, BUT what really put the cherry on top was that the expensive arrangement wasn't even put together well. Some of the flowers weren't bent and beat up and I know that it never comes as 'full' as displayed online; however, the lack of flowers and gaps was a little embarrassing.
