I'm always so pleased with Hlavacek florist. Their arrangements always look like the photos or better in person. They can get it done and delivered super fast and their website is easy to navigate (although they are great on the phone too) Highly recommended, especially for the North Shore.

I am disappointed. I ordered two, and they were delivered on time, but honestly for $500 they don’t look like the photo on your website. There isn’t even a single red rose in either arrangement. It’s embarrassing.

For the price this arrangement could have been much bigger. I ordered the deluxe size for $150 and the arrangement was very small, looked like the regular size. Otherwise, the ease of ordering online was great and the delivery was on time and as expected.

Called for a same day birthday delivery at 11 am and the flowers were delivered at 1:30 pm and looked great. Hlavacek was easy to work with - I accidentally ordered twice and they canceled one order with no problem.
Not cheap but service is friendly & quick, and the flowers are beautiful.

I have ordered from Victor Hlavacek in the past and the flowers are top quality. Truly this is my favorite florist to order from! However, this time the bouquet arrived with a broken flower that was visibly broken and made the bouquet not as appealing. Hope this is a one off experience and this doesn't happen in the future. I'm guessing it got broken in the delivery process but definitely not a favorable bouquet to give to your mom on Mother's Day.

Very colorful, but I must say, even though I selected (and paid for) the "premium" version, what showed up did not much resemble the accompanying photo. I frankly was expecting something larger. The flowers look "mini" in nature.

I ordered flowers for a teacher of mine from over 60 years ago. I 'googled' her and found her address. I've lived out of the area for 40 years but remembered the Hlavacek name. Put my faith in them. They did not disappoint. My teacher moved to an assisted living facility and Hlavacek followed the trail and delivered there for me. I have always ordered through major nation wide flower providers and have always been disappointed. I tried local this time for our anniversary and used Victor Hlavacek, and was overly impressed. The arrangement was larger and more beautiful than I expected. Finally, our anniversary was on May 28 and today, 9 days later, the flowers are still beautiful and fresh. I am now a convert and will use Victor exclusively.
