Funerals never come at a convenient time. I placed my flower order late Saturday, not expecting them to arrive in time for the Sunday viewing. To my surprise, they were delivered promptly—before the family even arrived. I was truly impressed and so appreciative. The flowers were beautiful.

I found out of a passing of a dear loved one on the day of his funeral. As I wanted to pay my respects since I couldn't be there in person, I contacted Vicki's Flowers and Gifts in Rainsville.
I didn't know if delivery could be accomplished with such late notice. The florist came through for delivery on the same day in order that I pay respect to the grieving family. It was a great blessing and I will happily use them in the future.

Vicki's exceeded my expectations! I ordered a bouquet of fresh-cut flowers for my wife's valentine gift. Online photos of items, especially flowers, usually promise more than they deliver. I ordered these from out of town for my mother on Mother’s Day. They were absolutely beautiful and definitely did not disappoint in the quality and the care that the florists obviously put into the bouquets. The ladies who I communicated with throughout the order and pick up process were nothing but kind and helpful, even though I know they were likely stressed and overwhelmed with the weekend. I would order from them again for any of my special occasions. I am usually skeptical to order from florists when out of town simply because I haven’t received the best quality in times past but Vicki’s certainly didn’t disappoint and they will have my business in the future as well.

Quick delivery as usual from Vicki’s. My complaints about this particular order: the price of flowers now are outrageous. Being that the prices are so high now, I expect the roses in the bouquet to not have brown tips. My wife actually complained about the roses being brown when delivered. Unacceptable in my opinion for the price. I have never had an issue to my knowledge with Vicki’s before, but, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the future.

Checkout was easy and very convenient. The Roses were absolutely stunning and time frame that delivery started was on point. My only concern was the order was suppose to be delivered to a doctors office for my mom were she works, but the order was delivered to the doctors home, rather than the address that was provided on the order, and the delivery instructions was to hand the order to the receptionist at the front desk. Luckily the doctor was able to deliver them to my mom in a timely manner. Other than that I am 100% satisfied.

I paid $89 for a delivered bouquet that looked like it cost $30 tops. Better to buy the bouquet and deliver it yourself. At least you’ll know exactly what you’re giving somebody else, instead of blind trust.

I always order from Vicki's when I need to send flowers. Service is amazing, flowers get delivered on time, and I've never had a problem. I have only ever ordered online. The delivery is on time, and they leave it if no one is there. The flowers are just like in the picture, just arranged differently, and maybe some more of the purple flowers. The flowers are beautiful, and in good shape. I definitely recommend!

I sent two emails and have not received a reply. The delivery date was not followed and the recipient received the arrangement early then an additional arrangement on the actual day. The recipient planned to call to make sure we were not charged twice. Just disappointed that it wasn’t handled better. I hope I will not be charged twice.

The basket of Green plants are absoulty beautiful, but was very disappointed that there were NO blooming flowers in the basket as stated there would be.I even selected the next price up option to get more blooms. We gave Vickie’s Florist 3 orders last week. 2 of the 3 were incorrect. My husband ordered me these flowers for my birthday, to be delivered on 2-14-20. They were delivered on the wrong day. I also ordered flowers for my daughter and my son’s girlfriend. I spent the same amount of money on both orders only to have one bouquet look awful. Also, the cards were filled out wrong. Such a disappointing experience for the money we spent at this shop.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
