Verdugo Florist
Eufloria florist is located in the heart of Downtown Fredericksburg's Historic District. Open since January 2019, Eufloria is known for its excellent customer service, its wide variety of flora in stock, and as a source highly valuable resource of knowledge for the community on those products. Working to bring the floral industry into 2021, Eufloria strives to purchase as much as possible from local farms - both plants and fresh cut flowers. By keeping it local, we not only support local businesses, but we are able to provide a superior, fresher product when travel times, costs, and amounts of waste are cut down. Small and local, fresh and environmentally aware, Eufloria is the "future of flowers, plants and gifts" - because we understand that while the items themselves are extremely important, this industry is first and foremost about sending gestures of love, care, sympathy, thoughtfulness, and much more! We like to pride ourselves in trying to offer unique flowers and arrangements.

I was making a last minute order the day before Valentine’s Day. They delivered the same day because they didn’t have the next day available. They also didn’t have valentines cards available either. I was expecting that they might be out of the purple tulips so I added a note to replace with as vivid a pink tulip as they had just in case. They were out of the purple and they did replace with a beautiful pink tulip which my daughter loved anyway. None of these are complaints by any means. This is just what happens when someone gets a very last minute impulse to order flowers! And Verdugo Florist still created a lovely bouquet and delivered it within three hours of the order. Outstanding service!

The delivery was very swift and the arrangement was beautiful! The flowers were delivered same day. Unfortunately the florist didn’t send me any delivery confirmation so I only knew they made it to the destination okay when the recipient told me. The card was also handwritten which was a nice personal touch but I wish the person had nicer handwriting.

I had been searching various florist shops in the Los Angeles for my Daughters Birthday and came across the “Secret Garden Basket” and I loved it and I new she would love it. Checkout and delivery was perfect with one exception the Basket had more substitutions in it and I was so disappointed and so was my daughter although she didn’t say anything just Thank you so much Mother. I was unhappy and called Verdugo Florist and the man was delivering and said he would call me back. He did not call me back!

Unfortunately the flowers were not as fresh as usual. Second, I called the florist around 11am to get an ETA for delivery, I was told that the driver would arrive before 3pm. This was for an anniversary so I planned the day around the flowers arriving before this time. 3pm rolls around and I am told the the driver will arrive in 30mins. As you can imagine, this threw off the rest of the evening.

It was a beautiful plant and the recipients loved it but I was disappointed it was smaller than advertised (approx 4ft not 5ft) and delivered planted in a wicker basket, and not a terracotta pot. Price is somewhat expensive for what was actually delivered.

The flowers were very beautiful. I called them an hour after I placed my order asking to swap the mums out with a different flower. They were so friendly and accommodating. Finding a florist 400 miles who will not make substitutions is no easy task. I was informed by other florists that yellow tulips were not available until mid-April, which was a month away.
I added a note to my order, explaining why the yellow tulips were so important, and the beautiful yellow tulips were delivered the next day.
Even better is that six days later, I received this message, “My flowers are still so beautiful and perfect❤️❤️❤️.”

I am removing a star just because delivery person told customer that it was flowers being delivered. I can't think of a single time where a customer would buy flowers for themsleves so of course it was suppose to be a surprise that was ruined by a delivery person trying to get into the building lol.

The bouquets did not look like the image. There were no roses (not that I could see in the photos from my children). I'm guessing they ran out of roses and used whatever flowers they had left. The container they sent looked cheaper. I appreciate that they delivered at the time of day I requested, and the bouquet was about the same size, but what they sent looked like a $12 bunch from the grocery store.

Well the plant basket was nice. She loved it. It looked a little over grown to me. It’s not small and compact like the picture. It looks like it’s been grown for a while. Subsequently, we learned that she had been hospitalized and then moved to a rehabilitation center. I called Verdugo Florists and spoke with Juan. I was delighted the flowers were delivered in a timely fashion. I chose the bouquet because it was in soft pastels on the website. However, the bouquet that was delivered was neon in color. The hydrangeas were a bright lime green and there were hot pink roses. It wasn't what I expected. If they'd told me it would be super bright, I would have opted for a different bouquet.
