Flowers are stunning. A little concerning that the staff didnt seem to know what was going on when i called in to check on the status of an order i placed online. And the delivery driver didnt follow instructions and called me instead of the flower recipient, But totally can understand if it was very busy for them that day. Spent almost $100 on this arrangement for my friend who had to postpone her wedding and get married at town hall because of the coronavirus. Looked nothing like the picture on the website. The arrangement was half the size of the one in the picture. Only about 4-5 white flowers and the rest were green fillers. Disappointing to say the least.

I am so disappointed in the service (or lack of) provided to me recently. I ordered an arrangement for delivery Saturday. I was instructed to order within one hour and 45 min. for Saturday delivery. I received an email with payment confirmation shortly after I ordered. My mother never received the flowers. Sunday I got an email asking if I was satisfied with the flowers and asked for a review... I hate to leave bad reviews so I waited until i found out why the flowers were not delivered. I called 3 times, spoke with 3 people and still have not gotten an apology or an explanation as to why i was led to believe they were delivered. I gladly would have ordered from another business had I been told they wouldn't be delivered until Monday. Unfortunately, my mother never got her flowers over the weekend. Gorgeous flowers, terrible customer service.

The flowers delivered did not match the picture. The picture was all white, and the flowers delivered were of multiple colors. The recipient was disapointed because she likes the all white.

There seemed to be trouble with the delivery. My parents didn't get their flowers for 2 days. My father saw the delivery truck go to 73 Great Hill Rd instead of their address on 71 Great Hill Rd. Otherwise the flowers were lovely.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
