Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (720) 724-5821, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (720) 724-5821 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I was excited to buy these flowers for a friend’s celebration but when I received the flowers was incredibly disappointed. They didn’t look anything like the picture, flowers were wilted and underwhelming, definitely not worth the price.

I live on the East Coast and wanted to send flowers to my daughter living in Denver. It was hard to navigate online through all the florist shops in her local area. However, when I landed on VaVabloom the flower arrangements were perfect for what I wanted and the prices were reasonable.

After ordering the flowers I learned that my daughter would be leaving the house and panicked given that the delivery would probably come when she was not home. I ordered a "Time to Celebrate" bouquet in a vase and upgraded the order from Standard to Deluxe. The arrangement that arrived looks like a $30 bouquet I picked up in the grocery store. I've used VaVaBloom several other times previously and been very happy. This time, I'm very disappointed.

Edit: The owner of the store read my "Disappointed" review and came back to our office with a new flower delivery, which we greatly appreciated. As mentioned above, I have previously used VaVaBloom and been very happy. Having the owner take the time and effort to reach out to us after I said we were disappointed, as well as bring more flowers to make up for it, makes all the difference in the world. I have changed our review to "Excellent," and we will definitely be using VaVaBloom again.
