The arrangement I ordered to send to my daughter in law was very pretty, delivered on time, and balloons were just what I asked for. I gave 4 rather than 5 stars because the photo of the item I selected showed a lower more horizontal arrangement with a lot of silvery greenery. The arrangement was delivered in a higher glass dish with a more vertical orientation and less greenery so not quite what I picked in terms of a centerpiece. Lovely arrangement though. I know fulfillment depends on what is available but the base or dish should be closer match in height.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered this arrangement as a birthday gift and it wasn’t delivered until 5pm. The entire goal for sending flowers is so the individual can enjoy them on their actual birthday. I placed the order 24 hours in advance, this is unacceptable.
When I called to inquire the status, I was also informed that purple orchids didn’t look right so they were going to use white orchids. Just be aware if you select this arrangement, it won’t arrive as pictured.

My niece said the arrangement was beautiful and contained “all of her face elements “. However, I upgraded to the Deluxe arrangement and was a bit surprised to see it was in a plain wooden box rather than the lime green ceramic contained stated in the description and shown in the photo. I know descriptions can’t always be accurate, but that seems like a big alteration. But I certainly appreciated the same day delivery!

Got these for my moms birthday and had them sent to her workplace so I was definitely nervous as I’ve had bad experiences in the past (delivered wrong day/ dead flowers) but this place rocks ! I called to make sure they’re still able to deliver due to Covid, and they were super courteous. My mom loved the flowers they are pretty much identical to those pictured! Would definitely go with them over a huge service like Costco or 1-800 flowers. You get your monies worth here for sure !

I ordered flowers online with Van Nuys Flowers for Mother’s Day arrival and wasn’t notified that there was a problem. I called on Monday to find out why they hadn’t delivered and was told there was a problem with their shipment and that they didn’t have orchids but they could arrange to have it sent by Tuesday or refund me. Although this was disappointing, given the Covid-19 circumstances, I acquiesced. They delivered the flowers on Monday night instead. My mom sent a picture and they looked nothing like what was pictured. Very few orchids which was supposed to be the premiere flower in the arrangement I had ordered. There were about two with the rest of the arrangement filled with white hydrangea. Absolutely not what was pictured or discussed when I had called. I was not offered any compensation or was I notified that the flowers would not be as described or pictured on the website. To spend as much as I did, and to not have what I ordered delivered on time as pictured is exactly what shouldn’t have happened when you trust a florist to deliver flowers when ordering online. Very disappointing.

I called your store on May 8th to make sure that you were a local shop. I explained to you that my wife is a RN at a hospital in Van Nuys and was working from 7am-3pm on Sunday Mother's Day. You told me that your shop delivered to businesses first. Well my wife ended up working a double shift from 7am to 11pm Sunday May 10th. And you NEVER delivered the flowers me and our kids picked for her. You should be ashamed of yourself, treating my wife like that on Mother's Day..............I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR SHOP AGAIN!!! I also read other reviews with the same complaint. The customer service was wonderful, and the flowers were beautiful but, the gracious lavender basket was barely lavender at all. They asked if I would prefer purple orchids instead of another purple flower but then the rest of the bouquet was mostly white. Not quite what I wanted but I'm guessing that if I was more specific it might have been better.

The family loved the arrangement, but I was disappointed that key elements like the large T leaves to the right and the green reeds tied in a knot to the left were missing and replaced by greenery that changed the feeling. This was to be an ikebana style arrangement and those significantly veered from the photo you show.

However, I was a little bit disappointed not to get an actual picture of my bouquet as I requested it in my Special Instructions. My first time shopping thru their website. Always skeptical about ordering anything on line too many times flowers are deliver close to end of life and not lasting more than a day. I was (and my GF) they were fresh delivery was good (just after lunch- I was late ordering) but she loved them! so I'm happy. the only caveat.... kind of expensive for 6 roses in a small short vase. total was $100.00!!
