Wallace Bennett
Owner, Wallace Bennett, began exclusively as a Wedding Designer prior to opening the Kingwood retail location in Town Center in 2014. He has trained and understudied with some of the best celebrity floral and event designers on the west coast, and brings a style and creative edge to Texas weddings like none other.

I was a little surprised when I saw a photo from the recipient. Even after calling and stressing that I wanted something unique because it was going to a design firm, I felt like it looked like a grocery store floral. I have never had an issue like that before. They have always been spot on. Maybe an off day or a new employee who really wasn’t too versed in new and exciting.

My friend said it was GEORGEOUS . Only problem was I put to send on the wrong date. That same day I called VA VA BLOOM and asked to deliver that day. It was about 10 am. Well needless to say it wasn’t delivered earlier nor did I get a call back.

Sadly, we were not happy with our experience. The arrangement was nothing like what we ordered/the photo. It had nothing to do with flower supply it was just a different arrangement altogether. The florist offered to do another arrangement, but said I would have to give the original flowers back. The flowers were a Mother’s Day gift for my mom so it was not an option to ask for arrangement back and have my mother deal with the exchange.
It’s really not okay to buy something and have you substitute whatever you think someone may want in its place - with less flowers. I’m not a florist, but I could have created something that looked more like the picture. Really unhappy!

It was pretty but I ordered the Lily and expected to have lilies in it. You substituted most all the flowers. Did the hat box which I liked but wanted the vibrant flowers of the lily. Colors were very different. Last Mother’s Day was perfect! Not so much this year!

I was very much looking forward to this beautiful arrangement being delivered. I was disappointed when it was because the colors were not the same that were shown in the picture online. Bright dark purples were added to the arrangement. Aside from the specific flowers shown in this arrangement, the color scheme was another deciding factor in my picking of this particular arrangement. If I wanted darker colors- I would have picked an arrangement that reflected those colors.

We upgraded the Spring Floral for mom’s 80th birthday. We were a bit hesitant because she’s somewhat a flower connoisseur and has one of the greenest thumbs. She absolutely loved it! In the image the hydrangea is prominent with small roses. Actual had large roses and overshadowed the hydrangea. For this person, hydrangeas are a favorite, not roses.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
